15年來,我多次入住這家頂級飯店。這次我至少可以說很失望。我必須自己加茶和咖啡,早餐沒有香腸(機器壞了!可能是烤箱的問題!!!)飲料機調出來的飲料不對,杯子上沾了口紅印,我不得不去飲料區買牛奶來泡麥片。房間裡的淋浴簾掛在一端,窗台上滿是灰塵,我用手指就能擦掉。工作人員很友好,但年輕人似乎缺乏訓練,而且很冷漠。

During my stay, I encountered several issues, including a small, blocked, and unclean shower, and a lack of toilet paper which I had to request. The front desk was often unattended, leading to long waits for assistance. Although the staff were kind, their professionalism in handling their duties was lacking.

On arrival at our Premier Inn at Epsom south we were given a room which was unsuitable for a disabled visitor as there is no lift available to access the upper levels. Now this isn’t too much of an issue as I was aware of this because of previous dates stayed at this hotel in previous years. However I was unable to add notes to my booking to ask for a lower level due to my wife’s recent disability diagnosis. The receptionist was extremely helpful and tried to help as best as she could and was given a room on the first level, we took our belongings up to the room to find that it had not prepared for guests. We went back to the reception to report this she checked the computer and said it was shown as prepared ready for guests, arrival I was ok with this and said don’t worry we will go to the bar and get a drink while we waited for the room. She came back a while later and said she is going to have to give us another room as this was out of action for maintenance, she came back and gave me another room which we were able to get into and was ready for guests. We had arranged to meet friends of ours for an evening meal and drinks from the restaurant and bar, we ordered our starter and drink while we waited for our friends. This was after the hotel had a power cut and it looked like we were not going to get anything to eat or drink that evening. Our friends arrived and ordered their starters and I ordered drinks from the bar for our party we sat down at our table and mine and my wife’s starters arrived and our friends did not after about 20 minutes my friend went to ask about their starters and found that it had not been put through to the kitchen. Eventually after the apologies their starters arrived and we ordered another round of drinks for the table, we ordered our main course and more drinks for the table we then ordered our deserts and more drinks for the table. We were the last occupants in the bar and considering we had been on the road since 02:00 that morning it was 23:00 when we left the bar we were very tired and made our way to our room. We were unable to turn the TV on as it was turned off at the plug behind the TV on the wall mounted bracket. Once we managed to turn the plug on we found the remote was not working so we went to sleep. When we awoke in the morning we showered and made our way to the restaurant to get a breakfast before heading out for the day. We were approached by a member of stsfff dressed in a Premier Inn uniform and asked if she could help me I asked what was available as there was a sign on the door of the restaurant saying that Sausages & black pudding was not available on the breakfast menu. We were not even asked if we were residents we were told bluntly sorry we don’t do walk ins, I thought to myself ok I am not going to argue with youI am going to go and spend my money elsewhere. Now my bar bill the previous evening was £166.82 and I found this quite poor training of the staff who work in the hospitali

Very poor quality for a Premier Inn. On a main road so noisy, very run down and poorly staffed. Our bedroom television set froze, reception supplied new batteries but the issue was not resolved. We ended up having to turn it off at the wall. The main bed did not have an under sheet and the room was not serviced after our first, of two nights. The restaurant was very tatty and understaffed. I had to search for plates and cutlery. The breakfast hot dishes were not replenished quickly enough. One of the toaster slots did not work. The fruit salad was not as advertised, it was only apples, oranges and grapes. I asked for poached eggs they took over ten mins to come and were rock hard. The only good thing I can say is that the receptionist was friendly and welcoming. But really the whole place needs redecorating and strong professional management.

We cannot fault the room in that the bed was super comfy & it was surprisingly quiet although the bathroom could have done with a lick of paint. The down side was that it was severely understaffed. My other gripe is that if you are going to book, make sure you do it on your first visit to the site as the price will have increased by £20 a day later which is what happened to me!

Absolutely terrible. Inadeqate bedding and towels for room booking Restaurant closed without notuce. Breakfast bar was a joke with inadequate stock and food inedible. Poor Reception cover. Request refund but instead was further invoiced for a booking i never made. Currently £388.95 out of pocket with no support from Guest Relations to address. Guest Relations rarely answer the phone so expect to wait up to an hour for an answer. Also they seem to make the situation worse than better when they get involved. Best advice, book your stay with anothet hotel provider as Premier Inn have lost touch with the Customer and provide zero support.

You know what you get with a Premier Inn, and this was exactly that. A more competitive rate than many hotels, and all the basic requirements are met. I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff, and their willingness to help, although sometimes the (new?) computer systems got in the way. If you just want a place to sleep and eat, whilst you are doing something in the area, then it fits the bill exactly.

Checked in,all fine. Clean room. Comfy bed. Went down for dinner. All our meals. Sme out desperately. There was 4 of us. So when the first person finished their meal,the last person's hadn't even came out. We stayed 3 nights. 2nd night,we went out for dinner. Our friend was driving,so we wanted to go back to the premier inn,to have drinks together. Arrived at 835pm,to be told,the bar was closing at 850pm,as the premier inn had taken over Brewers fayre. Couldn't order any drinks,as they had nothing left. No mixers,no wine. Couldn't believe it! 3rd night. We came back,thinking,it must have improved. Was worse,they now had no glasses. No staff! The girl on reception was also working behind the bar. There were queues for everything. But only 2 staff!! Apparently the previous company,had let the staff take their holiday. Leaving 2 staff to cope!!! They were polite. But premier inn,should have got more staff in. Was very disappointed!!
