This has to be the biggest parking scam in history. I contacted the parking company back in 2020 when I first received there letter. I had visited the venue for a meeting & they asked for proof of purchase on the property, which I gladly supplied on line & heard nothing more (transaction of £32.00) 6 years later I have now received a letter demanding £170 ! June 2025. Nobody is willing to discuss via email or take my call from Smart parking or ZZPS. Looks like I will be going to court, as this is scandalous.

This place is making most of it's money from a car parking scam there are no signs anywhere visible when you drive in, the parking meter and signs are hidden behind a fence and if you drive into the car park you will be issued with a fine, who would want to go to a place run by people with such low morals

Lovely clean room. Friendly, professional staff, lovely food, nice continental spread for breakfast. Room good value for money. Bar is a lovely place to relax and have a drink or four. Great parking and just off m6 motorway junction. Close to many places to visit. Would have liked option for a cooked breakfast - pls advice if there was and I missed it. Definitely be staying again when in the area.

Absolutely gorgeous bar and hotel. So cozy with beautiful scented candles lit throughout and gorgeous decor. Very friendly staff and management! Food amazing and room very spacious and comfortable. Would highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again!

Stayed at this place. Not ideal for me. The room had not been cleaned properly, the food was nice but the service was appalling. The staff are really not interested in customer service at all!! What a shame, as this place has so much potential.

What a bargain! We had a great sized room and can’t believe the value for money, being so close to Manchester and Manchester airport. We had to go out before breakfast was served so they kindly provided breakfast bags for us in our room. Parking is free if you are staying or buying something at the bar but remember to enter your number plate at the bar. Lots of signs explaining how to do this. Lovely owners too.
