everything was great except the AC making a loud noise

這裡的員工很友好，而且靠近西爾萬湖。 它與眾不同，因為它有一個陽台 停車場很小，房間也很小。

This experience was confusing. They couldn't find the key to the room at first, and then gave us an obvious spare key. There was a deadbolt but there was no way to lock it--they said a previous guest had taken the key and they didn't have another one? Seems like a security issue. I kept feeling creeped out by the fact that only the doorknob locked. We had a kitchenette but there were no bowls or dish soap. We asked the front desk about it and were told they'd bring us dish soap but that didn't happen. So it's all one big room, right? And it's cool because there's a nice jetted two-person tub. But there's also a toilet in that open space, separated by a SHOWER CURTAIN. I had to send my spouse out of the room every time I needed to use the washroom. Sooooo romantic. So yeah between the open toilet situation, no deadbolt on the doors, and no dish soap, it wasn't the greatest experience.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was good with good sized portions. Unfortunately the restaurant closed by 8 pm which in my opinion was about an hour to early.

No elevators and no where on website does it say. They only tell you if yiu ask them

Easy location to find. Decent hot breakfast and handy microwave and mini refrigerator in unit.
