Excellent service by reception staff, assisted me with my check-in and was very welcoming. Room is clean and bright and spacious. Buffet breakfast was also good value for money. Located very near to a train station and just a short walk to Chinatown and Surry Hills.

Good location, 4 mins' walk will reach Museum metro station (so the south side of Hyde Park, 6 mins on foot to Chinatown which is bustling. I appreciate the early checkin (10:30am) and late checkout (noon) generously allowed. Breakfast is yummy. Staff ok, some are better than the others. Room spacious with kettle, hairdryer some cutleries and a sink. Easy to go to Vibe Hotel (3 mins walk) which was the meeting point for Blue Mountains tour.

My flight arrived early, but the receptionist made a great effort to arrange an early check-in for me before 2 PM. The front desk staff was truly enthusiastic and supportive, and I got a perfect room just as I wanted — on a high floor with a spacious city view. The room was cleaned daily and was well-maintained in terms of hygiene. The location is convenient, close to Central Station and Museum Station, right next to Hyde Park.
I had a very comfortable and pleasant 5-day stay here.
Definitely worth experiencing!
