We got a great welcome from the staff on reception, we found all the staff very friendly and accommodating. Found the room very pleasant with plenty of room to move about. Had the evening meal there too which was great value and tasted great. Just one slight downside a bit of traffic noise but didnt stop us sleeping.

The hotel staff were brilliant. A really good team who couldn't do enough to help us. Breakfast was excellent; well cooked and presented nicely. We were there to go to an event at the Steam Museum and we found that the hotel, whilst a distance away from the venue was ideal for our purposes.

The carpark constantly has boy racers in it so there was a lot of noise from the outside but that cant be helped Pillows were soft and beds were comfy Not enough tea and coffee in the room though Someone spilled beer in the elevator but it was promptly cleaned up Twizzle antonio and jamie were awesome on check in and cooking dinner Breakfast is a buffet which was regularly topped up and was cooked well

Amazing stay with my family welcoming staff would like to thank them all for making us feel so welcome and helpful especially Jamie , Lauren , Antenic and Twizzle would definitely stay again very clean rooms meals very good for the prices many thanks .

The hotel is only a 5/10 minute walk from Swindon Train Station and is reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and tidy. The beds are very comfortable so had a wonderful nights sleep. The shower had hot water and there were plenty of towels. The breakfast was good with a range of cold and hot items and overall it was an excellent stay

Lauren, Twizzle, Antonio and Jamie were very friendly and kind when I checked in. Rooms are clean and spacious. Dinner was really good with many options. The only problem is the parking which is five to 10 minutes walk from hotel overall good stay
