I use a wheelchair. Had a detailed conversation with registration about accessible accommodation at their B&B. So I booked it. When I arrived, was informed they did not have an accessible room at the B&B… as in it did not exist. I was booked into the hotel, which turned out to be a 70s style hotel room, on the 2nd floor. Additionally, the room was roomy but the bathroom vanity was not included in the shower area which didn’t allow for much privacy . Then a bug ran across the bathroom floor. Then, at checkout, I was informed an accessible room did exist on the B&B property side but I did not have access to the B&B breakfast because there was no access to the B&B from that ground floor room. It was a total misrepresentation of the property and what I was getting. Also I had to go up and down an elevator to the reception desk. Then across the parking and up another elevator to my room. To their credit, they tried to make it right as much as possible .
