The home offers 4 levels of indoor and outdoor living space, 7 bedrooms with private kitchen bathrooms, and it's own private boardwalk to the beach.As you enter the home's unique circular entry foyer, head downstairs to the first level complete with a pool table, tv, wet bar and powder room. This level also boasts four large bedrooms and four in suite-bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms offer king beds, and there is a bunk room with four bunks as well as an additional bedroom with 3 twin beds. A 2nd laundry room is on this level. Head outside from this level to access the covered patio and pool terrace. Upstairs, as you enter the spacious 28 foot high great room, framed by columns, your eyes are immediately drawn to the expansive ocean vistas. The large open kitchen features custom cabinetry with granite countertops and backsplash and a center island/breakfast bar - open to the great room and dining room with a pass through to kitchen. You will LOVE this cottage!! PLEASE NOTE!!! - In addition to the kitchen and family room renovations shown, this cottage also features a new master bathroom bath/stand up shower and new tiling. It also has a new front deck/porch featuring the see-through railing .... and a new large, outdoor shower. In 2018 and 2019, new furniture was installed. First of all, it is right on the Night Heron Park with the Night Heron pool, complex, Kamp Kiawah, Nature Center, weekly park activities and carnivals all less than 100 yds away. The beach is about 300 yds away and is an easy 3 minute stroll. The park is the hub of all Kiawah activities and it is only a few steps away!The cottage has undergone a major renovation which created a great open area for living. The floors are light colored hardwood with recessed lighting throughout ..... giving the cottage a wonderful bright and airy feeling. The kitchen was expanded and has new appliances, new cabinets, and granite countertops throughout. The bathrooms have been renovated with 'adult - height' vanities and Corian(r) counters. The cottage is equipped with a large screen LCD Hi Definition television above the fireplace in the family room plus additional LCD Hi Def televisions in each bedroom. The cottage has wireless internet access throughout.The back porch is screened in with a 4 person table plus additional seating chairs for back porch dining and entertaining. Our luxury home is located in the Heart of Kiawah in Cypress Point - minutes from golf, tennis, restaurants, and the beautiful Kiawah Island Beach! On the first floor there is a large living room, a den with a large flat screen TV and wrap around seating, a gourmet kitchen featuring Bosch appliances, a dining area with seating for 8, a powder room, and a screened porch for outdoor dining. Also on the first floor is a large master suite with a walk in closet and a beautiful marble bathroom with a large walk in shower. On the second floor, there are two queen bedrooms (one with a work from home desk) and a twin bedroom all with ensuite bathrooms. There is also a walk- in laundry room. On the ground level, there is an outdoor space with some outdoor seating and a grill. Our neighborhood has a tranquility pool for the exclusive use of owners and their guests. It is within 100 feet of our house. A great place to cool off after a day of fun and activity! We are a short walk to the 5 Star Sanctuary Resort and Spa, the Beach, Roy Barth Tennis Center, and the Turtle Point Golf Course and Learning Center. Fresh Fields Village boasting a gourmet supermarket and many other shops is approximately 4 miles away and accessible by car or bicycle. Kiawah Island Nature Center and Night Heron Park are also a short distance away. There is so much to see and do in Kiawah and our home is the perfect location and respite for relaxation!
