This spacious condo is perfectly situated on the edge of Carlin Park, just 1200 feet from the beach! There is also an upstairs loft that opens onto your own private balcony on the third floor, with beautiful park views!This condo is a favorite place of ours and we have filled it with our art collection and lots of love! Located only a short walk from beautiful Jupiter Beach, our Bella Vista Condominium has been recently updated with all the modern amenities.The condo is a spacious 2 level layout on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a 3 story building. With1,650 square feet the unit has 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths and a loft with a desk and sofa bed that can serve as a fourth bedroom.Each bedroom has a 40" TV and there is a brand new 65" Smart TV is in the living room. There is a private balcony on the upper level which overlooks scenic Carlin Park. The views are spectacular.If you need to work while you're away the loft on the upper level serves as a perfect office space with a beautiful Ernest Hemingway style wooden desk. From the desk you have a great view overlooking Carlin Park.The entire condo is equipped with high speed WIFI for email and zoom meetings along with cable and streaming TV.The location is fantastic. You are only a short walk to the beach through Carlin Park.
