Centrally located between Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach, our deck chairs overlooking the Atlantic are waiting here for you!Features: The Ocean Club community has buildings on the Atlantic Ocean side and the Bogue Sound side. Our Building B is on the Atlantic Ocean, but guests of the property are welcome to use amentities on all sides of the property. The community offers two outdoor pools and hot tubs (ocean and sound side), children's pool, outdoor grilling areas, outside showers, and elevators. Our beach is a beautiful, private setting. No more than two vehicles allowed per unit. No boats or trailers. No pets. No smoking.Three bedrooms - one king, one queen, and one with bunk beds and a trundle (3 twins). Each bedroom has super comfy mattresses, blackout curtains, and flat screen TVs. Linen service - sheets and bath towels - is included. The third bedroom (3 twins) is a sleep den with no closet. This unit is oceanfront, first floor (raised with underground parking) with beautiful, quiet views of the dunes and the Atlantic Ocean. Freshly painted with updated furnishings and kitchen equipment. Semi-secluded location offers non crowded beach just a few steps out the door with convenient proximity to local restaurants, attractions, and shopping. Area attractions include NC Aquarium, Fort Macon, and the historical town of Beaufort. The townhouse has ocean views. Also there is the natural scenery view including the ocean from dining room and master bedroom balconies. WiFi is available and we also supply a private secure internet access within the unit. Complex has a swimming pool and ocean front decks available to renters. The unit is 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, with living room, dining room, and kitchen. King size bed in Master bedroom, Queen size bed in 2nd bedroom, two Twin size beds in 3rd bedroom, and a Queen size sofa bed in the living room. Washer/dryer, 2 flat screen TVs with cable in living room (Samsung Smart TV) and master bedroom (Roku Smart TV) DVD players, Queen bedroom TV with Roku with access to Xfinity, removable bed rails for small children, a high chair, pak-n-play, lots of books and games. The common area has covered picnic tables, outdoor games, charcoal grills, and outdoor space.Our unit is located right beside the beach access, which will lead you straight down the stairs to the beach. Colony by the Sea sits on a private beach, so it is not crowded and perfect for relaxation and fun!There are 2 elevators in our complex that offer hotel baggage carts, as well as a ramped loading zone so that unpacking and carrying your things to our unit is easy breezy!Other things to noteOur Oasis provides your bed linens and towels as part of the cleaning fee. We provide:-King Bedding (linens sheets comforter pillows)-Towels, washcloths, and hand towels-You will also receive a starter pack of:-Toilet paper and paper towels.
