This house sits right on a lake where you can enjoy catch & release fishing from your deck and seeing the sunset with your loved ones. Enjoy the sounds of nature and the uninterrupted views of the stars when you stay in this unique little lake house. Luna’s Little Lake House offers a cozy and quaint space sitting on a 25 acre plot of land for your guests to enjoy. The inside of the home offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a large living space and kitchenette. Once you step outside you will be met with stunning views of the lake and it’s middle island, in the surrounding area you will see livestock including (but not limited to) goats, cows, chickens, dogs, sheep, and even deer from your window or porch. Guests have access to every area of the farm, except the living headquarters inside the barn for staff. We also ask that guests refrain from entering in the animals’ structures unless instructed by the farm hands. Guests are allowed to bring their own motorized vehicles including but not limited to ATVs, Motor Bikes, Buggies, Kan-Am, Carts etc., it is up to the guests discretion to abide by the safety rules of their vehicles and take full responsibility for their endeavors. Please refrain from driving outside of the designated areas for the vehicles in the ranch, there are many trails and mudding spots to be explored outside of the ranch. Guests will always have contact with someone when needed, for any questions or concerns feel free to reach out to me here or directly at my cell. In addition, there will always be a caretaker present if additional assistance is needed. The ranch is a lovely place for family and friend gatherings, however, it is imperative that guests be vigilant and cautious as there can be threats imposed by wild animals, reckless activities, etc. We advise guests to *NOT* swim in the lakes, as there are many weeds and the water is not yet treated, there is also the risk of gators, snakes and bacteria in the lakes. Bob cats, raccoons, along with some other critters are also around and important to keep an eye out for and keep the area clean to not attract them towards the house. Hospitals and urgent cares are relatively far from the home, in case of emergencies urgently call 911 to dispatch help. It is the sole responsibility of the guests to take care of themselves and the property. Any and all damages and/or issues will be recorded and full responsibility will be assumed by the guest. POOL USE: There is no lifeguard on duty, all guests are swimming at their own risk.NEVER leave kids unattended in the pool area.No diving, jumping, running, or horse playing in or near the pool.
