It is heated and maintained at 82 degrees for your comfort. • Hot Tub Disclaimer: While the hot tub is a wonderful amenity, please note that it cannot be guaranteed 100% of the time due to potential maintenance issues. • Bedroom Access: There is only one bedroom on the main level; all other bedrooms require stairs. • Parties & Events: We strictly prohibit the organization of parties or similar events.
