There is a deep soaking tub upstairs and a tiled shower downstairs.There is a large living room with a view of the golf course and access to the back deck just off the living room upstairs with a 55" Roku TV and a large sectional couch perfect for watching your favorite show or movie with your group. The deck has a large outdoor table with chairs, 2 lounge chairs and a gas/charcoal BBQ. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner The dining area has a large table with benches and chairs for 10. All of the stainless steel appliances are new.There is a ping pong table in a great room just off the other side of the kitchen and dining space. There is also a desk for those who may need a place to answer emails or catch up on work.We recently remodeled the downstairs to include another great room living space with full kitchen and laundry.The upstairs and downstairs are basically two homes in one! This is a perfect home to relax and enjoy wildlife and gorgeous sunsets in the evening from the deck. You can even fish right from the deck. Enjoy outdoor living at its finest!!There is a local winery just down the lake that is accessible by both land and boat or paddle board. You are located close to both golf courses (less than 15 minutes to either). Bring your ATV's and play at the Sand Dunes just few miles away. Walk to the Blue Heron park for the kids or play a little Frisbee golf. In the summer we are just a short drive to Moses Lake's Surf n' Slide. Bring your boat or watercraft for fun on the water April to November and dock it in the back yard.The HomeWe offer things to do right at the home as well.
