訪訪客用戶It has been multiple times that I’m visiting this hotel, nothing has been change aside the buffet breakfast, one of the remarkable this hotel has to offer aside from the spa is their buffet breakfast that has a lot of variety, and options but today I’m a bit disappointed, I’m looking for their starters but unfortunately it’s all has brown, they don’t serve the cheesy dynamite, same options lng kaya mukang marami, before they do have the corned beef, sausages I mean super sarap sa eyes Pati ung coffee nila out of order, kaya nakakad since I’m a coffee lover but kuddos to their TV they have NETFLIX AND YOUTUBE na kaya kahit papano we enjoy the room dati kc pang old school ung tv nila na may mga channels. But overall it’s fine sana lng ibalik nila ung super yummy na breakfast.

不過，我認為**前台服務**還有改進的空間。在我最近一次入住期間，我詢問了免費客房升等的事宜，因為許多飯店都為忠實客人提供此項福利。他們很快就沒有給我答复，也沒有多加考慮或跟進。我建議他們至少檢查一下，但前台工作人員拒絕了。我問“常客生日昇級怎麼樣？”他回答說，我們只送蛋糕，甚至都沒問我的生日或檢查他的記錄。
此外，我還要求延遲退房，因為標準退房時間是上午 11 點。
雖然**清潔度和客房服務**一直很出色，但我希望前台可以改善他們的客戶服務，以符合酒店整體的高標準。

RRiomae CruzGood location. 5-7 minute walk to SM Megamall which is also a bonus. And a 24hour restaurant + convenience store outside lobby entrance in case you want to grab some food.
Only downside had to wait for the lift long time, seemed to be only 1 lift works out of the 3.
Their breakfast buffet could have more options, but
staff were super friendly and room is nice and cosy. The terrace is amazing as you are looking right across the shopping mall.
Regardless, i’d still come back.
