The living area leads to an eat-in gourmet kitchen with its handcrafted walnut cabinetry, travertine countertops, stainless appliances and original farm table is equipped with all the utensils and cookware you will need to make you feel at home. On this floor there is also a luxurious bathroom with glass walk-in shower, laundry room with washer and dryer and central air. There are patios off both the front and back of the house that encourage you to enjoy the quiet countryside and al fresco dining.Second & Third FloorsThe terracotta staircase leads you to the second floor that offers two beautiful bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom has a king sized hand-forged canopy bed with romantic bellowing curtains, luxurious bedding, a massive Tuscan armoire and amazing views of the vineyards. The second room has an exquisite iron queen bed with superb bedding, Blanc drapes, an original Art Noveau armoire and 20 foot post and beam ceilings with views of the countryside. The bathroom has both a shower and tub. This floor also has central air.The cozy third floor bedroom will enchant you with a comfortable double bed, authentic cypress beams, fresh pressed linens and antiques.
