the rooms are well furnished neat, the hospitality was good, excellant and courteous staff. food was good and tasty.i had reached the venue a bit late at night after a long journey from calicut , around 10pm. But inspite of that they provided a good dinner.

As the name suggest Casa In is truly a Luxurious Endeavour that you can experience in the heart of Trivandrum City. A lot of small things add up to the best imaginable hotel experience. Be its a group of Friends or Family you get to enjoy the space ,luxury and the amenities that we find it hard to get in a normal room, Casa In allows us to unwind ourself in their retreat. Super friendly staff makes you feel at Home all the time and the location makes it easy to access to any part of Trivandrum. No welcome drink which set the tone for bad start. Went for a quick lunch to Mynt before a pre booked city tour and there was nothing quick about it. Ordered ala carte and even though we were told sandwiches could take 20-25 min, we ordered them with time to spare only to be disappointed with one arriving after 35 min and the other as we were ready to leave. This had to be packed as a takeaway. Return to the room after being out to find that there was no turn down service and no replenishment of room supplies. Called to request items and it took 3 calls and more than 1 hour to receive. I am still here for one more night, together with our elderly family members and I can only hope that someone sees this and makes some substantial changes to help redeem our holiday. The only positives so far was the door men, luggage porter at entrance, bell hop and in-person front desk. We did receive a complimentary snack at lunch but would have much preferred a quicker service.
Only one suggestion, the rooms don't have a doorbell and ac operation is difficult . Otherwise excellent stay, standard hotels, clean hotel , polite staff, good breakfast, good quality toleteries, good service, good facilities, 4 star category hotel
Room 1117 staying for 5 days and stayed in a well maintained room with very nice food. location is at Chennai which also have an excellent housekeeping team with excellent service MR jagadeesh supervisor mr satish very neat clean my room thank you

訪訪客用戶The property is prominently located on the side of nation a highway and is easily accessible. Food served are best quality by rightly courteous staff with very reasonable price. The aminities in the room are fine. Well designed rooms and good quality furniture and fittings. Service of the staff are highly pleasing.
訪訪客用戶The front desk staff member I encountered was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. When I inquired about why the extra bed provided during this stay did not come with a bed frame as it had during my previous stay just five nights ago, his response was dismissive and unhelpful. He said, ”You should ask the housekeeping, not me.” via telephone. If this is the standard of hospitality your hotel upholds, I see no reason to return. Furthermore, the subsequent explanation provided by the same staff member was equally unacceptable. He stated, ”We said extra bed, not frame,” and informed me that the extra bed would be placed on the floor. This was only communicated after we had settled into our room, not at check-in. It appears that your hotel has a limited number of bed frames for extra beds and had run out, despite my booking being made a month in advance. This situation could have been handled much more professionally. If the lack of bed frames had been communicated at check-in with a simple, ”We apologise, but we have run out of bed frames,” it would have been understandable. However, the rude attitude and lack of basic courtesy from your front desk staff are inexcusable. Proper communication and a respectful demeanour are fundamental in the hospitality industry, and this experience has left me extremely disappointed.
訪訪客We booked this hotel for three nights and its one of the best hotel I stayed recently . Rooms are luxurious with all quality toiletries . The staffs are all humble, polite and always welcome us with a genuine smile. We had only break fast but the food was delicious with varieties . But they can improve the quality of desserts and bread items in break fast buffet. Its just a feed back rest everything was awesome. Special thanks to FO team , ***ger Shinoj , EX Chef , waitress at restaurant who assisted us during BF( Don't know her name ) and all members at CR TVM. Keep up the good work and we shall visit this property again.
Exceptional hotel. Great experience from start to finish. The rooms were immaculate, spacious and clean. The staff were smiley and always eager to help.Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, making us feel truly welcomed. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained Really enjoyed the whole experience. I wouldn't hesitate to come back again.
訪訪客用戶The staff was really nice and welcoming. They also allowed a 2 hours early check-in when i reached since they had the room available. I also had the opportunity to get their full body ayurvedic oil massage which was really great and comforting.
訪訪客用戶This property is located on the main road itself and is very close to the railway station. Hence it is very easily accessible. The quality of service is also good and the staffs are well behaved and very friendly. The food is also good and they do have a good spread for the breakfast. Overall a very nice hotel for the rate they offer.
Mmelving277Avoki resorts .The name of Avoki creates a quiet, systematic, and technical nature . But not as it is . The pathetic experience I had this month from Avoki resorts ,Kinfra. I have hosted my wedding homecoming reception this 4th Jan 2023 . Good things first , The ambience is really awesome . But is that all what we need ? The day when we checked in , there were no staff to carry our luggage to our rooms(same at the day of checkout) ,which I see common in many of the resorts I have stayed . They asked for the full amount to be paid for rooms even before we checked in . We have already paid advance while booking, still they need full amount before check-in . Quite strange I felt but yea maybe the hotel policy . we booked one deluxe and one suite . Cannot say it as suite . It is just a big room with a partition . The living room AC never worked .It just made some sounds and hot air. Both the bathroom's exhaust outlet didn't work properly, and a bad smell was there inside. Fruit flies were having a luxurious life inside the bathroom. The room rates changed from what we had booked. When asked they said the tariffs changed from Jan 1.I asked for rates of the day, I have done the booking, but they said they cannot .Later after 10 minutes of talking I came to know that they are asking for extra 500 in the room tariff, so they give me Breakfast FREE .LOL . At the time of checkout also there were some miss calculation in the final bill and the front staff has to go inside and check with the manager every time there is an issue . Now about the lawn. The place was having a bad smell near the pool and we mentioned about it to the manager first day itself .There was some dead animal near by the lawn .He said he will take care . The smell was still there the next day after the event as well. Very GOOD pathetic service from the management . Almost all of my invitees mentioned the bad smell to me later . We have clearly mentioned the DJ and all our event plans to the manager at the time of booking but on the event day they were coming and making silly excuses that they cannot allow DJ without permission, cannot do this that etc. Half hour before the event to start, there were some other guests using the pool which is right in middle of the lawn .When we asked the management, they said pool is not an open space for event and is a closed place in middle of the party place and they cannot do anything . Which means we have to start our event when other guests in the resort are swimming .Wonderfulness. The place is good, but the management and staffs are ruining it . Requires more continuing maintenance in rooms and across property infrastructure.
