哈里斯堡赫爾希萬怡飯店(Courtyard Harrisburg Hershey)

The hotel was nice and is going through upgrades for all of 2023. There were only a handful of choices for breakfast and no options for people with dietary allergies so that was disappointing. We asked for a crib and were given a well worn pack n play. It worked, but wasn't wonderful. Our room wasn't super clean. We found someone else's fingernail clipping on the table and someone else's hair in the bathroom which just made me feel like the whole room wasn't really clean. Everyone was super nice. We used the pool and it was okay. Overall it's okay, nothing great, but worked for what we needed.

We were there to attend a college function at the medical school. The hotel was nice enough to accommodate us to check in a bit earlier, so that we could change and attend the ceremony. Although there was a slight delay in checking us in, the manager who had to intervene was a let o quickly resolve the problem. We were given a king bed for 3 adults, however we’re unsure of its size. Fortunately, my son was able to sleep on pull out sofa. There was a basic coffee maker and room was fairly clean. Had an early check out next morning. So the stay was very brief.

we are extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by Beth when we visited Courtyard by Marriott Harrisburg Hershey. On June 1st we travelled as a baseball team to stay at the courtyard for the weekend and we decided to add another night. On July 3, 2022 a group of 10 decided to use the pool and then order food to eat in the sitting area in the lobby. The food arrived and we ate and stated to talk. Beth was on her working shift and at no point she gave warning or anything. As we continue to speak some customers came to the front desk and she walk towards us in a very rude tone or should I say she stood there and screamed at us by stated you need to shut up I can’t hear the customer. We stayed quiet in shock and waited for the customer to leave. At this point I went to the front desk and waited because she had walked away. When she came back I asked her what is your name and she stated I don’t care write my name down. I said excuse me but when you work in customer service you need to know how to speak to customers, you could have came to us and asked us nicely to lower our voices but instead you decided to be nasty. As I spoke to her another customer came in and heard how nasty she was being and he said I am a witness if you need one. She kept on going off, repeatedly stating you need to shut up, go to your room, get out of here. I said yes we will go but things could have been worst. There is no reason for you to be nasty.

Overall nice hotel near Hershey Park. The front desk personnel were very friendly and the hotel is nicely updated. Our room was overall clean, although the bathroom still needed attention. Two FYIS… the pool must not be heated. It was 72. Also, for some reason I thought there was free breakfast (which there wasn’t). Probably won’t stay here again should we visit Hershey, but overall a fine stay

The place is clean, but the pool wasn't heated the water was super cold. Outside they should have better patio furniture it looks old. Not what i expected.

It was a very clean place. I’m picky about where I stay because hotels tend to gross me out but I felt so comfortable here. Everything was spotless! I also loved the staff. They were so kind and helpful.

Hotel was great, but they didn't perform any room cleaning service, and they said we needed to request the cleaning service. We were NOT advice on that when we did the check-in.

Overall it was ok, but my bed sheet had a stain that I wasn’t happy about

Priced right and convenient. Just stayed overnight and didn’t need anything special. Courtyards are always updated and clean, this one kept up with our experience.
