費雷西內度假飯店(Freycinet Waters)

Both Karen and Bob are friendly host. We arrived in late evening that Karen immediately recommended some restaurants nearby for us to take dinner. Then the next morning, we had a great and delicious breakfast with the sea view. Then when we were going to leave the lovely B&B, we found a flat tyres at our car. Bob was so helpful to fix it so that we could continue our journey. Appreciated their help and hospitality. Freycinet Waters is highly recommended!

Freycinet Waters was one of the most homely places we stayed in in Tasmania! Mrs Rogers welcomed us in so warmly at 8pm and made us feel right at home. The room itself was sparkling clean, the heating was wonderful (complete with a heated drying rack that made the washroom nice and toasty) and in the morning, we had a delectable breakfast cooked by Mr Rogers. We have such a lovely time in Freycinet Waters and we will definitely be back!

Had a lovely stay, clean, very comfortable and roomy, enjoyed our breakfast on the balcony with a sea view. Would recommend.

Arrived in Swansea whist passing through to Hobart. The whole place was simply stunning so decided to stay overnight. We were greeted by Karen and Bob who we found to be so friendly. Stayed in an ocean view room which was beautiful. Bed was so comfortable along with the electric blanket. Thoughtful little touches like sweets and port and tea and coffee added to our relaxed feeling. The little balcony was another thing we liked. Breakfast was excellent and would not hesitate to stay here again

We really enjoyed our 1 night at Freycinet Waters. The room wasn't huge but fine for 2 people, with a smallish ensuite. The bed was very comfortable and it is a quite area so we got a good night sleep. The view of the beach from the bnb is really beautiful. The breakfast was very good and the owner was very friendly and liked to give advice on Tasmania- what to do and where to go. Swansea is very small, there are not loads of places to eat and the restaurants aren't open every day. You might need to plan ahead or go to dinner early.

Good view of the Bay. Woken by the soft sound of little waves breaking on the beach. Room was compact and had everything needed. Spotlessly clean, Welcoming hosts. Good advice shared about local attractions and restaurants (book ahead). Great location right in town walking distance from most things. Beautiful Bay walks from nearly at the front door. Well appointed.

Great place to stay in Swansea , nice and central and a great view. Bob and Karen lovely hosts who make you feel as comfortable as they can. Karen very helpful for trip going forward and Bob's breakfast was superb. Thanks guys, we will be back.

Didn’t feel comfortable staying here for one night. Shame. Otherwise good location, good views and clean. Overall disappointing.
