A rare find with a lovely modern 3 bedroom plus office entire house in Swansea, with another onus being it is per friendly, with a large deck out the back perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Swansea Sands is conveniently located in a quiet street, three houses back from the Waterfront Reserve, providing a perfect location for families to relax and unwind. Swansea is home to some of the best waterways and fishing spots in NSW, with boat ramps only minutes away. There are also patrolled beaches close by including the famous Caves Beach. We also allow pets with a fully fenced yard. The large Master bedroom has a plush, comfortable king size bed and also a queen size "Koala" fold out sofa bed. This folds out low to the ground so is great for the little ones. There is also a generous size ensuite attached to the room including a shower and toilet, with a large built in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a lovely queen size bed and an open wardrobe. To access this bedroom you walk through the office. The third bedroom has a queen size bed with a built in wardrobe. The office has a desk and monitor to ensure if you need to work whilst here you can do so comfortably. The cupboard also contains some books and boardgames to keep you entertained. The main bathroom is large and includes a bath. The toilet is separate to the bathroom to maximise privacy. One of the features of this house is the generous size under-covered deck which looks out over the full fenced yard. The deck features a large 8 seater dining table, lounge and a Webber BBQ. The fully equiped kitchen, including Smeg appliances and a Nepresso pod coffee machine means cooking while you are here is a breeze. The basic essentials are provided (such as oil, spices etc) to help you get started. The laundry contains a front loader washing machine and dryer. The lounge room has a comfortable lounge with 4 of the seats automatic recliners and a large television including Netflix, Stan etc. It also has an air-conditioner. All quality linen and Sheridan bath towels are provided, however it is recommended to bring your own beach towels. A small number of supplies are provided, however if staying longer than a few days there are Coles and Woolies within a 5 minute drive. We are welcoming you to bring your pet kids, however please do not let them on the furniture or beds. There are two rattan dog beds provided, however please bring your own blankets etc. Please note this is not a party house and large gatherings are not permitted. This is a lovely quiet street with elderly neighbours so please keep noise to a minimum. You will have full access to the property, except the shed out the back. Please note, there is no driving/ parking of cars allowed through the side gate and into the carport, however there is plenty of parking for two cars in the driveway and also off-street parking.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 55 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.
