Good, convenient hotel with friendly and helpful staff at a very reasonable price.

Pleasant stay with good location to Derby centre. Clean rooms.

Good value for money, and in a good location for our visit. Useful to have the service station next door too, giving alternative options if you don't want the hotel breakfast. The staff we met (reception and cleaning) were all very friendly and made an effort to give us a great stay. Traffic noise was noticeable but not too loud to impact us. Biggest suggestion would be to have recycling bins in the public area and rooms so it doesn't feel like everything is going into landfill (which it may not as it may be separated out later)

Cannot fault the staff all were very friendly & helpful, unfortunately I was unable to get on the Wi-Fi which was a bit annoying to be honest, there was not thermostat in my room so heat was either on or off it did have temperature control though but a little outdated I’d say & the maximum height of the shower head was still too low for me to stand under I’m 5’9” not the end of the world but again slightly annoying & for food only a Greggs & service station on site, would I stay again ? Possibly…

The original room was allocated on the first floor, being disabled, stairs are not an option. The receptionist transfered me to the ground floor within seconds and apologised for any inconvenience.

I was given room 115 to start. Wasn’t ready, bed unmade and dirty, towels everywhere. Then given room 122 which a couple kept trying to get into at 1am in the morning!!

The facilities are looking a bit tired but Ok for the price paid. Everything was fine until another guest came into my room at 21.30 to check-in !!!! Woke me up, this was rather alarming.
