Прекрасный отель! Прекрасное обслуживание и прекрасное питание!! Это не 4 stars , это 5 звезд. Чудесная локация , 1 линия, все включено система, для семей есть шикарные апартаменты, где помещается семья из 5 человек как мы( 2 взрослых и 3 детей) . Питание супер, болгарский вечер, итальянский вечер, все вкусно, есть детское питание, два вида супов , вся еда не перченая , а максимально европейская! Это важно! Мороженое в стаканчиках, kids club с15:00 до 18:00. детская дискотека просто супер, с 20:30 до 21:00. Шоу программы: огненное шок, пенная дискотека, аниматоры деток завлекают, дети просяться в кидс клаб сами. Для годовалого ребенка есть детская площадка . Пляж шикарный,море чистейшее, пологий вход. Руководство и топ менеджер Вирджиния добрейший человек в мире, списавшись в е- мейл пошли на все мои просьбы по поводу номера на первом этаже ( так как коляска) вид на море, вид на бассейн. Благодарю, Вирджиния!!!Обязательно вернемся!! Шезлонги и лежаки платные 10 лев, весь набор для нашей семьи ( 2 шезлонга и зонт) 30 лев. Да , но для туриста это не дорого! Персонал в ресторане просто супер, все приветливы и добры!! Мы счастливы, дети счастливы!!! Обязательно вернемся!!!

Aged 79 years this was my first ever journey outside of England, the hotel was fantastic and I had an excellent time with my daughter and son in law. The hotel was very clean and the food was very good, could find no faults at all. We hope to return in 2026 with two more members of the family.

The hotel has a good location by the beach. It is a little isolated from other things so the shuttle service was useful. The reception staff however had no idea of shuttle pricing, and several other basic things we quizzed them on they had no idea. Poor! Food in the hotel was ok, predictable, but ok. We ate out a few nights as the food became dull after a while. The animasion activities team were amateurish. I’ve read some reviews praising them but honestly they were suited to a kids club and nothing more. The hotel was generally clean and the room was fine except the air con pumped out warm air instead of cold! Value for money the hotel is fine but I doubt so would go back.

Excellent hotel spotlessly clean, very good food, very nice room, charming staff. The manageress knows how to run a superb hotel. 3 Lovely pools lots of beds and umbrellas,caters well for children kids club ect. Pool bar and pool food at lunch. Ice cream help yourself all day. Situated right on the beach, the beach bar was not open when we went, but the they have umbrellas and beds on beach 10 Lv per day. Only two things would say pool towels are small could be larger and better quality 20 lv deposit 4 leper day. The other thing would be nice to have a no smoking area outside restaurant. We had all inclusive so you drink local wine spirits beer ect which we found very good. The local spirits are a little sweeter than brand names, which they have but you have to pay for. Would go back as we had an enjoyable time.

We arrived at the beginning of the season. The weather was beautiful all week. The water in the sea and the pool was perfect for swimming. The hotel was not crowded. You could relax, sit quietly in the restaurant or use a sun lounger by the pool without any problem. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The hotel offers a varied buffet of dishes. Desserts and fresh fruit were also available. Grilled meats were served daily. You could try something new every day and the dishes suited even a four-year-old child. The hotel also offers animation for children and adults. The animators do their job perfectly and a big round of applause for them. There is also a kids' club with a huge selection of board games, balls, crayons and other toys. There is also a playground and a paddling pool perfect for toddlers. There are sun loungers close by so you can relax while keeping an eye on your child. The hotel is in a quiet location, far from the main road, but still very close to the bus stop for easy access to Sunny Beach or Nessebar. The rooms are comfortable and met our expectations. Thank you for absolutely all the services you have provided us. All departments were attentive and treated us professionally (reception, service room, bar, kitchen). The entertainment was also at the height of the services.
