Great location with many eateries nearby. Closed to Mall of Georgia. Is also a short drive away from North Georgia Premium outlet. Overall the stay was a pleasing one.

I hardly slept at all! There were no curtains it was a pull down shade and a bright light shining in the window!!
The ac/heater did not work. It was freezing in the room and you couldn’t change it. I called the front desk. They said they would send someone up that never came.

The property is good actually, i liked the easy check in and the staff were nice. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. One thing that i would add would be a spanish channel for obvious reasons.
The hotel is close to stores, restaurants, coffee shops and a mall right in front.
Overall a nice weekend stay with peace and quiet ambience. I would stay again.

The staff were over-the-top friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well-stocked and delicious; there were countless options! Our room was clean and comfortable. Excellent stay—we will definitely stay there again!

I spoke to the manager today about what happened. He was wonderful and so sorry about what happened . He said my CC had been denied from y’all.
On my check in day I had called to tell them I would be late checking in. When I went to check in I was told I didn’t have a reservation, that they didn’t have any rooms, then that my reservation was for Sept. 4th- & 5th, not Oct. 4th-6th, then that my reservation was canceled. I ended up having to go next door to their sister hitel, the Marriott. I had to pay again. Therefore I need a refund on my Mastercard for any charges ******* charged to me.
