Most of the hotel staff were friendly and attentive.
The hotel has one Chinese restaurant and a steakhouse right beside it.

침대 상태가 쾌적하게 관리된 것 같고 화장실 상태도 괜찮았어요. 조식도 나름 괜찮았어요. 다음에 오면 이 호텔에 머물고 싶네요.

The personnel were awesome
Location was awesome
Cleanliness was awesome
The bed ****** it felt like a box sprite g with no padding. The pillows were ok
The air conditioner ****** and when turned on my allergies kicked in full force.
The breakfast looked good enough. And the coffee was hot and fresh. If I had been able to get a good nights sleep it would have been a 5 star review.

They put us in a handicap room that had a dirty bathroom and the wall shampoo containers dripped into tub and I almost fell it was so slippery! Floor smelled like nasty dirty mop not clean at all! Rest of room was ok! Carpet and lighting could use a clean too!

We’ve stayed here multiple times as it’s very convenient to Annandale Village. The breakfast and staff are excellent. Our only complaint this time is that they have installed refrigerators that have governors which only allow it to run for two hours and it will not start again for 8 hours. We improvised putting cups of ice in the frig.

The carpets and the room had a moisture like scent. The AC unit in the room was old and the digit LEDs were broken so we couldn’t tell what the temperature was set to.. The toilet was positioned really close to the wall and the ceiling finishes were just not well done. The carpet had some ware and tear near the entryway too. The amenities seemed great at the hotel but the room was really uncomfortable.. I would not want to stay there again.

Although I paid for a suite through ******* I was told there were no suites available when I arrived and that was blamed on using a 3rd party to book the stay. The room was fine, the property was fine, breakfast was fine but not getting what I paid for made the whole experience less enjoyable.
