檸檬花園飯店(Hotel Lemongarden - Adults Only)

Ein fabelhaftes Hotel, mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, stets bestens gelaunt mit keinen Wünschen, die offen bleiben. Unser Highlight war der lemongarden. Er verzaubert einen in eine vergangene, idyllische Zeit auf Brač.

Ich habe bereits viele schöne Urlaubsreisen machen dürfen, aber das Hotel Lemongarden übertrifft einfach alles, was ich bis jetzt kannte: es war für mich der bislang schönste Hotelurlaub! Die Anreise von Split mit dem Speedboot war das erste aufregende Highlight: man braust über die Wellen und hat den Meereswind im Gesicht. Von der Anlegestelle am Hafen von Sutivan ist man dann in nur 3 Schritten an der Hotelrezeption. Dort wurde ich überaus freundlich von einer Mitarbeiterin empfangen und bekam eine wunderbare Einführung in die Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels. Die Hotelgebäude befinden sich in idyllischen alten Steinhäusern. Der bezaubernde Hotelgarten (mit dem für mich bis jetzt schönsten Hotelpool überhaupt) ist in voller Blüte. Das Hotelrestaurant, in dem morgens auch das Frühstück serviert wird, befindet sich direkt an der sprichwörtlichen Hafenkante, und man genießt dort einen fantastischen Ausblick. An den Hotelstrand kommt man entweder mit einem halbstündigen Spaziergang, oder mit dem vom Hotel bereitgestellten Rad, oder man lässt sich vom Hotelteam mit einem Golfwagen hin chauffieren. Der Strand ist ebenfalls eine absolute Ruhe-Oase, wo man die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Das Zimmer (in dem ich nach dem Check-In mit einer köstlichen Überraschung aus der Patisserie begrüßt wurde) war geschmackvoll, komfortabel und aus meiner Sicht auch sehr sinnvoll eingerichtet (Schreibtisch mit Sitzgelegenheit, viel Stauraum in den Schränken, großer Flachbildfernseher direkt vor dem Bett,..). Das Frühstück und auch die à la carte im Restaurant angebotenen Speisen waren fantastisch. Abschließend möchte ich noch das grandiose Team vom Hotel Lemongarden besonders hervorheben. Bereits im Vorfeld wurde ich rund um meine Reservierungsanfragen glänzend vom Reservierungs-Team betreut. Auch vor Ort hat jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter dazu beigetragen, dass ich ein großartiges, entspanntes Urlauberlebnis hatte. Die Kollegen an der Rezeption standen bei allen Fragen freundlich und hilfsbereit bereit. Die Kollegen aus dem Service sorgten freundlich und kompetent dafür, dass man nie lange hungrig oder durstig bleiben musste. Die Kollegen vom Strand standen immer sofort zur Verfügung, wenn man hingebracht oder abgeholt werden wollte. Und hatte man Abends nochmal Hunger, aber keine Lust mehr, das Zimmer zu verlassen, war innerhalb von kürzester Zeit der Roomservice zur Stelle. Die Kollegen vom Housekeeping hinterließen das Zimmer nicht nur perfekt aufgeräumt, sondern legten regelmäßig auch ein kleines Betthupferl auf die Kopfkissen. Und alles geschah immer mit einem freundlichen Lächeln auf dem Gesicht. Diese vielen Kleinigkeiten trugen stark dazu bei, dass ich im Hotel Lemongarden mein bislang schönstes Hotel-Erlebnis machen durfte. Danke an das gesamte Team! Ich hoffe, bald wieder euer Gast sein zu dürfen.

We loved our 4 night stay here for our anniversary. The hotel is spotless and very interesting layout across stone buildings (worth exploring). The heated pool was lovely, quiet and picturesque. The private beach is 10mins by bike, 5mins by the hotel electric buggy, or 25mins walk. It is gated/walled for hotel residents only, again lovely and quiet and well kept. The staff all round couldn't do enough for you and were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was a great choice and right on the small harbour, also great for dinner.

The most beautiful hotel that I have ever stayed in, right on the harbour of Sutivan where the ferry docks from Split. The hotel is a series of incredibly renovated houses keeping a village feel. The gardens are stunning, I’ve never seen such perfection, not a single leaf on the ground and dressed with bourgonvilia, palm trees and jasmine. The pool is stunning. The delicious breakfast is served on the side of the harbour, the service is second to none. The beach is 15 minutes cycle, or the hotel take you on a golf cart. It’s stoney, but beautifully maintained with pine trees, hammocks and a restaurant. We even had a massage by the sea! And as for the spa, omg, a private spa experience all included.

We were torn between staying on a quieter island versus Hvar. Boy did we make the right choice. Almost wasn’t going to write a review to keep this place a secret. You must do the pick up by private boat in Split. Amazing how they get luggage onboard without an issue. Worth the 200e each way. Room was ready when we arrived. Was shown around property and then to our room. The pictures do not do this place justice. You must go to the wellness center and it was offered at no charge. All you have to do is book the time and the whole place is yours. What a treat each day!! Don’t want to give away too many more details as you just have to experience the tranquility and relaxation that this property offers.

An absolute delightful property, the gardens and flowers were amazing and really well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous, always smiling! The food served at their restaurant was of a very high standard. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation, but feel it’s not ideal for children under 12, it’s more for couples! Bob Puri

AMAZING. 10/10 recommend, we wish we stayed here longer. The staff were sooooo helpful and kind. The hotel itself was beautiful. The food was pricey but good. The pool and private beach were perfect. They have bikes that you can rent which made for a fun way to explore. The real gem was the views and the staff. I just can’t describe enough how amazing every staff member was. The perfect Honeymoon spot and I miss it already.

This place is heavenly. Seriously, the most amazing experience. Wonderful staff, perfect location, terrific food. The rooms are all very unique. You can get a water taxi from Split. The property's private beach via one of their bikes or their golf carts, is just so fun! It was an amazing stay.

Another fabulous stay at this wonderful hotel. From the moment we got picked up at the airport to the moment we got dropped back off everything was 5 star. All of the staff are amazing, attentive but not overbearing, polite but friendly. The hotel itself is beautiful, especially the gardens. We stay in a small double room and it's definitely not small. As we hardly spend any time in the room we go for the cheapest option, and that still feels luxurious. Breakfast is amazing, both the food and the view. Free tea and coffee can be ordered to your room. Free bike hire so you can cycle to the private beach. Sutivan itself is a quiet town, but that's why we love it so much. We will be back again next year.
