I would like to report an incident that occurred during my stay on [insert date of stay]. According to the hotel policy, the check-out time is 10:00 AM. However, at around 9:30 AM, a staff member entered my room using the passcode without knocking beforehand. At that moment, I was in the middle of getting dressed, and I felt extremely shocked and uncomfortable. This incident seriously affected my sense of privacy and safety during my stay. I kindly request that the hotel take this matter seriously and implement measures to ensure that such incidents do not happen to other guests in the future.
