You will have plenty of privacy and parking. The home is located in the much desired area of Ocean View and close to plenty of restaurants and the beach. It is also a short drive to Ocean City, Md, Dewey Beach, De, Fenwick Island, De and Rehoboth Beach, De. In addition there are great parks and golf courses nearby.
