服務很好，位置也很方便。很安靜，風景也很好！很不錯的酒店，超市也在附近，樓下還有網紅店

這個品牌酒店對國人很不友好，如果你碰到亞裔前台你的體驗會很差很差，經常去澳洲住過幾十家酒店，這個酒店的服務是最壞的，國人一定要避雷，

位置不錯，富人區，有吃有喝旁邊，但是裏面有些老舊，特別是走廊，浴室沒有電源插口，床頭沒有充電口，服務還可以，響應速度快，前台🈶問好

地理位置和設施都非常令人滿意。 薩里山是一個時尚迷人的地區，即使靠近中央車站。 辦理入住時，早上風很大，這讓我很緊張。 不過，經理讓我們提前入住，我特別感謝。

漢莎航空的航班真的很舒適，機場也很好，很容易引導

到目前為止，這是我在雪梨經歷過的最好的價格/價值/中心位置/高標準的選擇之一。一個可愛的住宿地點，安靜的區域，靠近城市最好的酒吧和餐廳。哦，我差點忘了提…泳池簡直就是蛋糕上的櫻桃❤️

總體比較滿意

地點

飯店位於薩里山 (Surry Hills) 上城區的黃金地段，附近餐飲選擇眾多（雖然價格不算便宜，但品質確實不錯）。 我們入住的房間非常寬敞，唯一的不足是房間雖大卻只有一張床。飯店大廳已翻新過，但房間略顯陳舊。不過，家具和設施狀況良好，入住體驗非常舒適。

Large clean great location

The stay was all good until afterwards… the hotel wrote saying that they didn’t manage to collect payment from the booking platform and asked to charge me. I sent them the official receipt and they asked again and again. I replied 3-4 times with the official receipt of my payment to trip.com and my response was completely ignored. And they kept chasing me for payment. How is it that the whole group of people copied in on the email cannot see my response? I checked and saw that my email was sent with no issue. What a horrible experience! I’m sure they’ll keep chasing me. I hope someone from the hotel will see this review and do something about it.
