You Tube TV, internet, outside patio with seating and tables for entertaining. Golf cart available for the 4 local courses only. Golf range 3 blocks away. Chipping and putting green 2 blocks away. Many restaurants within a few miles. Spring training for many MLB teams. No children and rental is for a 30 day minimum. About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Adults only.About customRules:No loud parties on the patio after 9 PM.Golf cart usage. Will last 2 rounds. Please charge after 2 rounds. Always . 15771 W Azalea Ln, Sun City Grand, Surprise, AZ We enjoyed this beautiful house and its location close to the Adobe Center area. The Owner’s were responsive and left us some information about how to use the appliances, washer directions, garbage and recycling details. Overall, we enjoyed this house and we would rent it again.
