Olivia und ihre Familie sind tolle Gastgeber und man fühlte sich sofort herzlich willkommen. Das Resort ist perfekt in die Natur eingebettet. Die Cabins sind ausgesprochen sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Man ist augenblicklich begeistert. Es ist evtl. ein wenig entfernt gelegen aber das stellte überhaupt kein Problem dar. Alles in allem ein perfekter Aufenthalt.

Het is een kleine parel tussen allemaal grote resorts. Met prachtige onderkomens, waarvan een huisje met alles erop en eraan. Zeer fraai ingericht in stijl. Op het terrein is een open ruimte waar tafels en stoelen staan. De Italiaanse eigenaren zijn een en al vriendelijkheid en behulpzaam. Fietsen zijn te regelen. Op verzoek maakt zij een heerlijke capuchino met donut of andere heerlijke zoetigheid als ontbijt. Op verzoek, doet ze soms, maakt ze lasagna. Er wordt een zwembad gemaakt. Je kunt gebruik maken van het restaurant van het resort naast hun. Aan de overkant is een prachtig strand. Het is een heerlijk verblijf, huiselijk en sfeervol. Gewoon boeken.

Oliva and Fabio were fabulous and the accommodations were quaint and inviting. The restaurant next door was very easily accessible, delicious, and reasonably priced. Prior to arriving Olivia answered any questions we had as well as ones we had once we arrived. Recommend you bring bug spray and or/ coconut oil for bugs in the tropical local. The closest grocery store is @1.5 miles so you can walk or rent bikes or a golf cart but there isn’t any where else to get snacks if needed/wanted otherwise so just plan accordingly for late night munchies.

· Kin Resort Lodge is a wonderful little gem within the Placencia ecosystem! Upon entering the resort, we were warmly welcomed by Olivia and shown around their lovingly maintained grounds. Nestled amongst the undisturbed natural backdrop were several cabanas with large outside seating areas and interiors with a fun rustic bohemian vibe! Our A-frame like structure was thoughtfully planned out in design and fully equipped with everything we could have asked for, even a blender for making that fresh pina-colada! Across the street was amazing direct access to the beach with a pier which we had the use of during our stay as well! Olivia was always ready to help with anything we might need including extra Belikin beers for our mini fridge and cappuccinos and homemade banana bread for breakfast! She even gave us a ride to the airport when we left!

Fabio’s (and, importantly, Olivia’s too)… Absolutely Fabulous. Would thoroughly recommend it in a heartbeat 💗. A most comfortable cabin, with all you need, and the hosts couldn't have done more to make our stay wonderful (we highly recommend the Italian breakfast, delivered to the cabin). I'm sure we'll be back!

It is so hard to describe in words the "hospitality" that we received from our 2 hosts: Olivia and Fabio. Their main concern during our 10 day stay was that we were "comfortable" in their small, clean resort. The Lasagna that Olivia served us one night during our 10 day stay was the BEST we EVER had tasted in our long lives!!! (we are both in our 60s!!!)~~~ And we also have to give Fabio credit on his "amazing" Barbeque chicken that we enjoyed with both Fabio and Olivia and other the international guests on another evening. There was not a thing that we did not like. If the resort didn't have what we needed, Olivia made sure that we either entertained or accommodated in another part of their lovely peninsula. She made sure that my husband and I did not miss our beloved Super Bowl Game by reserving a table for us in the resturant located in the resort next door. You couldn't ask for better hosts, or atmosphere in their lovely resort. AND TO TOP IT OFF: The "peaceful" beach is right across the street. I couldn't get enough walks, sunrises and sunsets! Great location for "beach lovers" like me! We plan on returning (hopefully in the "near" future) to continue to experience the hospitality and "vibe" that we experienced during our stay there. Looking forward to when the pool (it was under construction while we were there) will be completed.
