The good: Great spot, friendly and helpful staff The average: Washing machine leaked, dryer was average, front door lock took several goes with the key to work. Overall a nice place to stay, let down by a few issues

Apartment was clean & great view, pool was lovely & great location.

The property looked nothing like the photos. It was dirty, old and stunk like mould. This place was an absolute nightmare and I can’t believe it’s still being rented as it does not meet minimum accommodation living standards. The hotel management are awful and basically scamming people. We left straight after checking in and stayed somewhere else.

Very nice place close to everything

This was a two bedroom apartment. Pictures showed 2 single beds and a queen when booking this. There was myself and 10 year old daughter and 15 year old son. We arrived late evening, only two beds. Management wouldn't fix that night and my daughter had to sleep in same bed as me. Even though management knew there was 3 of us they put back onto me saying I should've checked bedding configuration. Next morning we checked out. I had paid $500 with still more to pay. I was happy to pay for first night but wanted the different back. They wouldn't refund and said terms and conditions state they don't have too, even though they resold the room. Cockroaches everywhere, carpet filthy and beds very uncomfortable. Shower pressure terrible!! Only decent thing was the river view. I asked and asked for refund and to no avail.
