曼特拉皇冠塔飯店(Mantra Crown Towers)

I think we have found our perfect place, after staying in so many hotels/apar**ents over the years. The location is wonderful, it’s quiet, and the apar**ents are very comfortable. It also has great pools. Overall, the Mantra’s architectural design, combined with the art works and human touch creates a very joyful and peaceful a**osphere.

The apar**ent needed some updating for the shower as the grout was dirty and mouldy. The base of the shower was the same as wet the door seal Vacuuming was needed under coffee tables and dining table and chairs No information was available for activities at reception for the area they had run out

We had a great stay here, the appar**ents are exactly what you need for a family holiday. The hotel decor is dated however none of that is an issue overall. The staff were all great to deal with and very helpful. We had a small electrical issue with the rage hood that could have been very dangerous however staff attended to this promptly. Highly recommend the Thai restaurant at ground level of the building! All 3 pools were fantastic for the kids, cash only at the kiosk so be prepared, has all that you need while travelling for food, coffee and kids pool needs! Overall a great affordable apar**ent complex for a family holiday.

The rooms we had were in desperate need of renovation - at the very least a coat of paint. The TV in the bedroom didn’t work, the wardrobe sliding doors were stuck, the toilet kept on flushing and flushing, the bedlamp didn't work. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional.

We really enjoyed the room, I would have thought staying for 5 nights that the cleaners would have come even 1 time and cleaned and given fresh towels. I thought hiring towels for the pool is something new to us. Never have we had to do that before. And the doors are hard to open and close been the sort of doors they are. They really need a handle or something on them. I will say the room was clean and they did go out of their way to make sure the bed was soft due to myself suffering back pain. Will for sure return.

We loved our stay! The hotel room was a little run down but the cleanliness was great and it was perfect for our family. The service was amazing and the staff were kind and friendly. The only things I would mention for others. *The Wifi is very weak. *There is no Sky or streaming so bring a device that can connect (via cable, Chromecast does not work due to the sign in on the Wifi) to the TV. * Bring your own soap, theirs is gorgeous but locked in place at the sink and in the shower, so if you want to use their big bath you need your own. These are no way deal breakers! We still give the Mantra Crown a 5 star, as it was perfect for us and we had an amazing stay!!

Had such a lovely stay, the staff were amazing and the pool area was great for kids. Only dislike was the internet offered aaa very weak and we ended uo using a lot of our data for the kids to watch movies or anything of night time

Perfect location with the bus on one side and tram on the other. Surfers Paradise Cavill ave 8 min walk and coles 5 min walk Smokers - no smoking on balconies and no seated smoking area, there is a set of stairs down to the footpath that makes you feel real classy. Thai restaurant on site - beautiful food! Their website doesn’t show take away but they do takeaway!

We were able to hire a stroller. The pool area was superb for little ones Staff so helpful and happy greeting you every day. Close to shops Our apar**ents were very spacious
