there are lots of dirty stains in the waredrobe, conditions of the room is not similar to the photos, lots of holes/stains on the wall. there are also insects crawling around and cockroaches, feels bad about the cleanliness. no housekeeping unless you stay for more than a week, you can request for it but you have to pay, same as towel changing. blankets are "provided" placed inside the waredrobe overall, the hotel is quite old but it is at the good location and includes parking lot.

Is a disgusting hotel I never leave reviews for hotels but I felt as if I had to. There is no good in this hotel our room Was beyond dated furniture paying over $100 a night you expect a clean room This room Was far from it . Exposed nails on the floor. Dirty carpet and bed. Mould in kettle and fridge This place needs to be closed down and re done. Also I think it’s totally ridiculous that they think 2 towels for two people staying for 5 days is enough. I had to pay $3 extra for more towels . Do not stay here! This hotel almost ruined our holiday. Also we did complain about the room and got given another room Which wasn’t much better again mould in fridge and kettle Bathroom fan not working. Toliet didn’t flush properly And we both came home with bed bug bites

位置非常好，停車方便。大堂門口有門禁系統，進入客房也有門禁系統。訂的河景房，游泳池也不錯。值得推薦。

性價比超高的酒店。環境地理位置一流的棒。在陽台白天看Q1，夜晚湖中倒影很愜意。離海灘幾百米，清晨海邊晨練夜晚欣賞音樂海灘的魅力。建議住看湖景的房間。

前台兩印度人，對華人非常歧視，給鬼佬提供的服務不給華人，不推薦這家酒店。

優越的地理位置，享有良好的河景。一般都說沒問題。房間裡的桌子和沙發看起來很舊，有非常難看的痕跡和刮痕，廁所的牆壁看起來也很髒。這家旅館可以嘗試改進一些東西，讓事情看起來更好。

What a great a place .. l booked online at a cheap rate and was taken back at what l got .. super clean apartment .. great facilties .. kitchen .. lounge .. a view of the lake and buildings . Walking distance to all the great night life .. there is an aweaome pool to use .. a gym as well .. the manager is also a lovely guy and highly reccomend this place

這個地方價格便宜，位置不錯，距離最近的電車站有 5 - 10 分鐘的步行路程。水療中心壞了，經理也沒有幫我們提 6 件行李，但游泳池還是不錯的。床上用品裡有*****，所以我們不得不去接待處換新的床上用品，然後自己搬回房間，但接待人員對此很有禮貌。

Absolutely disgusting, save your money and go elsewhere. Management doesn't care and have no respect with your concerns or complaints. I found a used Band-aid next to the side table from the previous guest, mold on the shower curtains, walls are filthy, rip furniture, holes in the walls, Feces on the carpet/tiles (Rat or a bird), dusty fans and blinds. This is not acceptable and wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
