Stayed in several places in Surfers Paradise before, but this was by far our favorite! Carolyn went over and above to make our stay a very comfortable and enjoyable one. The beach is right across the road and a lovely part of town, which is close to the Action convenient but far enough away that there was no noise bothering us at night. We loved the pool and spy area and the room itself was sparkling clean with a very comfortable bed. So much space! Make sure you dine across the street at the Northcliff surf life-saving club. An incredible view as well as outstanding food and service! Thank you for a brilliant stay Carolyn. We had the best time. We really didn’t want to leave and will definitely be returning! :))

We stayed for three wonderful weeks at Surfers Chalets. We were celebrating a significant family birthday. Family came to stay with us at different times throughout our stay. It is such a central location and close to the beach. Everyone got to do what they wanted. Our apartment was sunny with a sea view and very spacious. We would like to thank Carolyn and Gary once again for their efficent friendly management skills. Graeme & Deb

Carolyn went out of her way to make us feel welcomed. She communicated well before our arrival and assisted us in all our requests. We got an early check in and a late check out. Excellent host. The spacious apartment had a lovely view. I will definitely book here again. Thanks, Carolyn.

This little gem is right in the middle of everything and within easy walking distance of the beach , shops and BMD Northcliffe surf club. Our room had a lovely ocean view and the apartment was spacious and very clean, the complex had a great pool area and spar. Carolyn and Gary are the consummate hosts who go out of their way to make your stay not only a great experience but a home away from home.

We have just come home from our 3rd stay at Surfers Chalet, it really is the best place for a holiday. The location is spot on, the tram is a very short walk, the beach and a fabulous surf club across the road and it's a lovely 10 min walk to Cavill Ave. The apartments are large and feel homely, the pool area is well maintained and easy to spend hours there. The hosts Carolyn and Garry are the best, they are super friendly and helpful and really care that their guests have an enjoyable stay and go out of their way to make this happen, nothing is a problem for them. We love staying here, it's very relaxing and it feels like a home away from home and we can't wait to return!

Best stay/experience ever at Surfers Chalet. This is a superb hotel for your weekend/vacay getaway. Shoutout to our GC mum “Carolyn” who is extremely efficient, lovely and helpful. Carolyn and Gary were absolutely amazing, very friendly and accomodating, and nothing was a problem when asked, they treated us like family. The chalet is so close to all attractions, trams are a 3 minute walk and Northcliffe SLSC is only a short stroll for food and drinks and the beach is across the road. The apartments was immaculate, it was like home away from home. Would definitely recommend Surfers Chalet and will definitely be back.
