The Esplanade One 飯店

We stayed for a week in a one bedroom apartment and it was the best we have ever been in. The North aspect of the building is the best in Surfers. The whole experience was great. The building is really well maintained. It’s very clean and the pool and gardens were immaculate. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return next year.

After seeing the high ratings and the pics of this place, I thought try this place out. I booked two bedroom apartment for a week and I couldn't believe there was only one old air-con for the whole place. This thing was struggling to cool down the place. They had fans in the bedrooms and the beds in both rooms were that uncomfortable. The double bed had was very hard with a dip in the middle. After the third night, my wife and I decided to sleep in the second room which had two single beds, the beds were also hard and the pillows were very uncomfortable. After the sixth night my back was killing me. My wife started to feel like she was getting bitten by something while she slept. Most probably from dust mites. At this point I decided to leave a day earlier as I couldn't stay here any longer. The views of the beach was the only thing that was good at this place. The kitchen was old, with old utensils. The bathroom was also old. Maybe this was just the apartment we stayed in, but for the price I paid to stay here, I could have gotten something much better with air conditioning throughout the whole apartment.

The new managers are so nice! Brian and Janet were amazing! Excellent welcome , the building is kept so clean and tidy. The location in Surfers Paradise would have to be the best you can get! Right on the beach. WOW the views ! We looked directly onto the beach. We have been here a few times and will definitely return. Love this place.
