Beyond doubt this hotel has an excellent location which is just opposite the railway station of Surat but yet not the congested area. Right on the main road and very easily accessible for Rikshaws and transports. Hotel lobby is nice and the staffs are especially helpful and supportive. The only set back we felt ( maybe due to the super peak season at that time) we were given rooms on the 2nd floor ie 204 and 202 which were truly outdated and old, small and no cupboards. Very stuffy and very old dingy toilets.Tried to upgrade if they had better rooms ( which i am still not sure) but were told they were super full. So maybe we were unlucky to get the lowest grade rooms. however we managed to stay for a week. the in room dining was excellent. Hot food and super good. Truly wish they upgrade all their rooms and this will be the best place to stay otherwise.

Great Hotel in Surat, A hidden Gem with all aspects ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Had booked online 2 months prior, a day before arrival they called and messaged confirming our arrival. We arrived at 5 pm, had a warm welcome by Mr Ajay Patel & Hassim Diwan. The rest we heartdly extend our gratitude to Mr Sanjay and Kiran who took care of and assisted us with all our requests and information as we were foreigners. Hats off to them and all the staff. Rooms and interiors sparkling clean and breakfast satisfying with variety. In the end all I can say, So Elegant, So Beautiful, Just looking like a WOW.. .

The location is very comfortable as it is near airport and surat exhibition center. The rooms are quit specious and comfortable.

For a one night stay, i had to change the rooms two times that makes it three rooms in a night. And i am not very particular about the details. I have stayed at street side lodges and been happy. If a hotel lives upto its own promise, its good enough for me. The thing that irked me the most is the Nonchalant attitude of the staff. I write this review to make people alert to not choose a hotel by frontal appearance alone. I was very much looking forward for this stay as the photos looked very good and OYO even said ”sanitised b4 your eyes”. After checking in, i felt, leave alone ”b4 my eyes”, they might not be sanitising it even behind my back. First, Room no-304 : 1) there was a mouse running around the room. (Could not take a video. It did not make an appearance as long as i took a video) 2) There were insects on the bed. 3) The bathroom was not cleaned (evidence- the water from the previous usage was all over the bathroom floor. The previous soap remnants in the soap dish and by the wash basin) The bathroom ceiling has a big opening, thru which u can see the internals of the building and all the plumbing connections. Cigarette smoke coming into the bathroom from somewhere (the bathroom is not facing the outer world, it is facing the floor corridor) I asked for a room change. Got a Room No - 206 1) the commode (water closet). When u flush, all that water leaks into the bathroom instead of going into the drain plumbing system. (Mind you, this is not the fresh water from the tank of the commode. It is the water which i flushed, the dirty water) 2) paint peeling off from walls. This is not a big issue actually. But why i had to mention it ? If you are trying to portray yourself as a high class star hotel, you better start taking care of the facility, else dont bother marketing yourself as one. Again room change. Now room 208- 1) bathroom not cleaned. (Evidence- presence of a used ointment and soap remnants) One thing they do- clean the main bedroom. Do the sheets. Roll up a blanket and keep it in the closet. Throw a soap for u in the bathroom. So, if they are not even cleaning the bathroom, where does the question of SANITISING raise from, leave alone ”before my eyes” The reception staff were not wearing a mask. Even while speaking to guests. Their response when i told them about the mouse - ”none. No response” they just went on with their duty. Non-chalant behaviour. The things that showed that they did not even care to provide /clean / maintain their own facilities: a) one room did not have a bucket and a mug. I thought, some hotels do not provide. Its ok. b) the second room had both c) the third room had a bucket, did not have a mug. d) in two rooms, the hand shower wall bracket was broken. e) one room, the head shower was leaking all over the place f) Bird Droppings on the window of 304. While waiting for my dinner, I really wanted to say in the review ”food is 5 star. Very good” but alas, horrible food as well

There were a couple of issues, 1) in nonsmoking hotel, some people were smoking in their room so the lobby was stinking 2) jet shower was not working properly 3) cobweb and mosquitoes were in the room
The service was excellent. The breakfast was also very tasty. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
Hetal and Sanjay, the front door security guards are awesome, always smiling and welcoming in the guests. Feels like you are reaching a familiar known place... The hotel is the best Bharuch town has to offer. Food and rooms are the best in town, location is right under the hwy connecting Bharuch with Ankleshwar
SSafwaanMy extended stay here. It was good, no disturbance. Staff are polite.Breakfast not the best but the price was low so it's ok. If hotel read this please use part of your allowance to buy breakfast to include tea
Convenient location. Good accommodation. No complains. Clean room, everything necessary without anything to extravagant. Breakfast can improve a bit, from food quality to option to hygiene. The bathrooms needed little work / refurbishment but no complains overall. The front desk staff is helpful and accommodate for early check in when possible.
訪訪客The service of Nitish Kumar to maintain the room in a hygienic condition is very good. Breakfast is also good. Anyone can live with his family in this hotel and make a tour plan. Hotel deserves 10 points out of 10.
