I had an outstanding experience at the hotel thanks to the exceptional service provided by Jeet And Himanshu at the Front Desk. From the moment i arrived they were warm and help me alott during my stay. Again thanks to Jeet and Himanshu for all the services they provide with an positive attitude!!!!!!!!!!!! Kudos to them!!!!!

Thank you for hilton surat ,for great greet and welcome. Specially chef Rahul who made for me Mutton rogan josh & veg biriyani it's outstanding meal. That *** made my day really amazing 😍🤤 . I appreciate to Rahul , I am glad to visit this hotel.

Lovely Hotel with warm Hospitality. The staff were welcoming and we enjoyed both the in restaurants . The restaurant staff went out of their way to cater our needs. Nice clean hotel with good service.Special Thanku Chef Rahul to Make Special Dosha, Gobi Paratha Is delicious😋. richa behavior is good.For sure will visit again Lovely sunrise view from the Breakfast restaurant. Thank you chef Rahul.

I had an absolutely wonderful time with Amit, Anwari, and Richa during this visit. The served buffet was a culinary delight, complemented by a hearty, full breakfast that left us all feeling satisfied and energized. Throughout the meal, the trio was remarkably attentive and pleasant, making our experience even more enjoyable. Their genuine smiles and warm demeanor made us feel truly welcomed, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. They were constantly on their feet, ready to cater to our needs and promptly addressing any questions we had. Dining with them felt like a special occasion, as they delighted in ensuring we had everything we needed to have a memorable experience.

Absolutely the best hotel in Surat—no competition. Everything is brand new, the attention to detail is impeccable, and the staff? Simply outstanding. Breakfast was a delight, with top-quality options. Special thanks to Umaer, Himanshu, and Jeet for making the stay even better—true professionals who know what five-star service means. If you think you’ve stayed at a luxury hotel before, wait until you experience this one. Highly recommended!

"I'd like to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service provided by your staff during my recent stay. The warm and homely atmosphere made me feel right at home. We hosted a meeting with around 30 dealers, and the service was top-notch. I'd like to extend special thanks to Purvi Madam, Farhin Madam, Amit, and Mohit for their outstanding care and attention to our guests. Their dedication was truly impressive! Amazing service and amazing staff. The hospitality was incredible and highly recommend staying here. I feel like I was staying at home anything I asked for they took care of without any questions. Being from America I highly recommend this spot to anyone. Amit, Anuar, and all the other staff here helped me out significantly. I was sick for 7 days and they went above and beyond to comfort me.

Lovely property, would like to appreciate the support provided by Himanshu, Ajeet and Mukunda .... Loved the hospitality ....the only grouse....they should keep the pool open till 8 pm atleast, missed out on the relaxing swim after a long day.
