The shower doesn’t have the hot water, and also the hair dry need to ask them to get it.

インドのホテルは、４つ星でもタオルがあまり綺麗では無いのでせめて顔ふくタオルは、持参すること。トイレットペーパーもまきが少ないので用意した方が良いかも。５つ星の場合は大丈夫です

I had a wonderful stay and loved the overall vibe of the hotel from the welcome to the entire process and procedures, I would like to point out a few people who made sure my stay was amazing!! Amazing and Sublime stay at Ramee International Surat The hotel premises and facilities are amazing, and the Staff behaviour is also polite and respectful especially Mr. Gaurav who helped us with the luggage and Swati who was very courteous and flexible with our demands, always greeted us with a smile and I want to thank all the service staff who fed us and handled our requests day and night. Absolutely sublime experience overall.

The location is good. Only the metro work is enjoying. The rooms are very clean. V got the balcony room and it was v spacious. The house keeping service is excellent. The house keeping staff is very good and helpful specially Mr Karan is very efficient and humble. The security and Bell boy are also very polite and helpful. The restaurant food is very nice, only the break fast is not up to the mark. This is our second visit and overall experience is really v good and satisfactory.

Excellent Ramee International Hotel best in Surat no1. 🏨 Best hotel ever stayed in my life in india 🇮🇳.. Gaurav and Swati Taukir, Pawan soch rahe hain team was so helpful and accommodating, he made our stay such a pleasant one and the Mr. Ranjan was very helpful to and very nice.. its a 4 star property literally.. We are just going to miss it a lot and already are missing it and will come back soon and we will recommend everyone around us. Thank u Ramee International Hotel🏖
