"廁所沒打掃，也沒有衛生紙，所以我們只好開車到處找週日晚上還開著的超市。浴巾上有個洞，整整七天房間都沒打掃，也沒提供乾淨的毛巾。前台一直沒開門。他們說我們應該主動要求。我真沒想到，像「能不能給我們幾條沒破洞的毛巾和一些衛生紙」這種基本服務，居然還要主動要求。"

努沙弗拉希帕克斯飯店 ★★★★

"我和朋友在這邊住了三天，每天晚上都有不同的社交活動，可以和來自不同地方的朋友一起玩桌遊、品嚐起司、啜飲紅酒以及享受烤香腸，不善交際的朋友還有店狗Spider 可以摸🐶 廚房設備齊全、鍋碗瓢盆都有，並且提供基礎的調味料，一整牆的冰箱，不用擔心買的食材因為住客多而放不下。早上還有供應簡單的吐司、抹醬、牛奶和茶包等作為早餐。 我住的是四人房，環境與共用衛浴都相當整潔、房間內也有冷氣，可惜床墊有些塌軟，房間隔音不算太好，深夜住客在泳池旁喧嘩笑鬧似乎也沒人制止，讓人很難入眠。"

"房間很大，配備齊全的烹飪設施。我們住的是朝東的房間，涼爽又安靜。步行即可到達海灘。社區設有安全停車場、健身房、烤肉區和游泳池。步行五分鐘即可到達餐廳。門口就有公車站。"

安達裡假日公寓 ★★★★

"We booked two townhouses directly through the Andari website and received one confirmation email back in May with no more communication until two days before our stay in July. My mother in-law forgot she had booked and booked again but was refused a refund of the second booking. On arrival I had to follow up the agent to ask for the details to be allowed to enter the townhouse. The communication was terrible. A workman then proceeded to paint and repair the awning at the front entry of one of the townhouses and so we were stepping over drop sheets and through paint all week. The milk provided by the agent in the fridge was out of date. We mentioned all of this to the agent and there was no care taken to rectify the situation. I would not stay here again and if you choose to stay don't expect good customer service from the leasing agent."
