Each home is approximately 6 miles from the Huntington Beach pier and just over 1 mile from the Seal Beach pier.Sunset Beach is a beautiful, cozy beachfront community. The “upper” home consists of upper floors 2 & 3, occupancy limit of 12 with 5-bedrooms, 4.5-bathrooms at 3800 sq. ft. and a 3rd floor deck with outdoor fireplace, game room, pool table and shuffle board. Garage for additional parking is attached to “upper” home and is for the exclusive use of the “upper” home. Each home has entrances on opposite sides of the building, their own paths to the beach, and their own outdoor showers.
