"the lady that works here is an absolute tyrant. She finds joy in watching your every move and just finding a made up reason to kick you out. I would never recommend staying here unless you want to feel like someone is stalking you. When we first booked, she didn't even want us staying because we didn't rent a "compact car" she finally agreed after making a big deal we couldn't have any visitors, no one under 21, etc. Supposedly after being there only 2 days out of 7, she said someone told on us for having someone under 21 staying there. not true. My husband didn't put up a fight because he didn't want to stay anywhere near this lady, even though all we had to do was show an id. How can this woman just go on the word of another guest that we weren't "old enough" to be there? She didn't even see us herself. Also, after getting this so called information, that probably didn't even happen, she went through our stuff in our room and determined based on the belonging we had, that we had someone under 21. She literally sifted through our belongings. She said she was allowed to go through our things because it was a private resort and that gave her the right. On top of all of this, there were dozens of bugs all over our bed while we were there. I have attached pics. So now, not being able to get a refund, we are out all of this money to not have to be near this woman but without a place to stay."
