Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine in the screened in porch overlooking the 10th green. A very spacious 1st floor center condo located in the beautiful community of Sea Trail. The floor plan features an open adjoining fully stocked kitchen, dining and living area with views of the golf course. The master bedroom is privately located off the main area of the condo with private bath. The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds with a private bathroom, a kitchenette with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven and a sink. This bedroom also has a Love seat sofa. The bathrooms have towels for use in the condo only. Guests should bring their own beach towels. There are three flat panel televisions in the condo to enjoy with your streaming services. YouTubeTV is provided at no additional cost. Linens and towels are provided for you during your stay. Starter rolls of toilet paper and paper towels are provided as well as a few laundry pods. Guests are requested to replenish. There is central air and heat, wifi, and a washer and dryer for your use during your stay. Take some time to relax and enjoy the all weather screened in porch that overlooks Hole #16 of the William Byrd designed golf course. Sea Trail is home to 3 championship courses, driving range and practice area. Other nearby courses- The Pearl, Ocean Ridge, Oyster Bay, Thistle and River Edge plus many more are within 10 miles. Sunset Beach has local shops, seafood markets, bookstores, boutiques, art and gift shops as well! Our property is near the South Gate which means you are just over the bridge from the beach and can have your toes in the sand in just a few minutes (1.2m drive). We are also walking/biking distance to the beautiful Sunset Park on the intracoastal waterway with its gorgeous walking trails, fishing docks and views of the water. You can also put in kayaks and paddle boards at the park. Just across from the park is the Sunset Beach boat launch and some great restaurants, coffee shop, gift shops and ice cream. You’re only minutes away from multiple area golf courses and Calabash which has some of the best dining experiences in this coastal region. This condo literally offers the best of everything for a perfect golf/beach vacation experience.
