Everything is horrible. Do not wish to waste time in writing review for them. My friends family stayed there and the story they told me about the hotel was simply horrible. He asked me to post his feedback on his behalf. He stayed at the so called best room in the hotel.

Horrible experience. Broken AC. Unwashed sheets, broken bathroom. Thieves in room,vomit food,mosquitoes and lizards. Gutter and smell in room. Cheap location and nothing nearby No amenities 1 star is also high for this hotel Child fell sick after visiting this hotel

We got there around midnight, there was a fight going on at front desk. All the staff were drunk, very shabbby, they were smelling heavily of liquor. After much insistence to focus on check-in versus focusing on fight involving other customer. One person showed us the room, which was extremely filthy, half the things are broken in thalis facility. The room was very dirty, beds were really dirty, unkempt. We had brought our own sheets just for this kind of situation. Since it was very late, we were tired and did not have energy to find another hotel. The hotel did not give me our room key, and said that they will send it in 30 mins. After 39 mins I went to the front desk and asked for the key, they did not have the password to give me a key, after a few phone calls to someone they were able to get it.

Very dirty room , it’s not a Brand of Clark , they are using the similar name to confuse the client , smell, in hygienic and dirty amenities. Avoid this or visit 1st before making the booking. Unprofessional staff , they will tell you that we have no alternate , you have to stay here or no refund.

Radhe Rahde I have book 2 rooms for 1 day through MMT . I reached hotel at midnight aroung 04:00 am with my family. When i reached to reception and ask for check in the guy there was FULL DRUNK and not able to talk. He ask me multiple the booking details i show him thrice and ask you don't have any booking of my name he reply very rudely , more he is not able to talk because of drunk. Still i kept patience because of 2 reason its MIDNIGHT and i HAVE MY FAMILY WITH ME. Then he took us to show the room and for check in , OUT OF THE HOTEL PROPERTY behind 2 lanes where row houses are there. He tell us we have upgrade you room category and given you vill of 3 rooms. Then we react and tell what is our booking , which room category?? He tells all that rooms are occupied in our property, we have only this option , if you want to stay otherwise go away. ITS WAS MY WORST EXPERIENCE TILL KNOW IN MY LIFE. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE PLEASE IF YOU ARE GOING WITH FAMILY AT THIS HOLY PLACE AND THINKING TO BOOK THIS HOTEL , DON'T DO . YOU WILL SUFFER 200% I ASSURED. THANK YOU.

Location from MakeMyTrip is 250 metres from actual place. You will have search from Google maps. If you a working person it will difficult to work for the first 12-14 hours as wifi will not work effectively. One housekeeping boy for night for so many rooms. So if want something please have patience. You can put a garland on the TV as it only for with music channels. If you want to watch anything else they won't subscribe it for you even after requesting. Telephone provided is not at all attended by housekeeping. Reception number does not connect ever. You need to call from your booking agent. Reception is not flexible with check out. Even if you want to stay a little longer after check out time they will not allow although there room is empty. They need money if you wanna stay for more 3-4 hours. We checked in 8 hours late but they won't consider that. In the 4 days of our stay we complained once for food when the dosa batter went bad or whether there was something wrong with oil. Upon sharing the same with restaurant staff they said many people ate but nobody complained. So your complaints will not be taken seriously as nobody else is complaining to them. There walls have gone bad. And the Balcony they provide please check whether it is clean. I would request everyone to read this through carefully. Pay more if required but do not stay here. I repeat do not stay here.
