Nice hotel and easy to stay

I asked for additional sheets and pillows for the sofa bed it took them quite sometime to bring it to me. As I requested the additional sheets and pillows the lady sitting behind the guest services representative was falling asleep 😴. The one that fell asleep was suppose to bring me my pillows and blankets. They also don’t offer HULU as an option on the tvs, however after first night the tv stopped working anyways.

After my stay I checked out and my card was charged over $300 and restaurant fees when I had already left the hotel. Staff is on trustful and will steal your personal information and credit card information! Tried to contact manager for over a week and still no reply very unsatisfied with my stay

bad experience during check in. Room no soap for hand washing, room smells have to open the window to let the smell out. I booked for 3 persons and requested 2 double beds. I was told not available so was given 1 queen or is this king? and a sofa bed. I requested beddings and pillows for sofa bed.My husband called the front desk to at around 4:30 or 5pm front desk said to send the beddings. We left to buy food, came back around 7 pm. no beddings for the sofa bed in the room.I called front desk at this time no one's answering. 8:00 pm called again for the sofa bed beddings front desk said to bring the beddings right away. I have to go down to the front desk to asked again for the beddings. I have been traveling and staying at different hotels but this is the worst experience I had. From check in to hotel services. Will not stay in this hotel ever again.

This hotel is a complete rip off. They charge me an extra hundred dollars when I got there. They have not returned it on my card yet. They charge me $15 the park for nothing at all. It took 30 minutes to figure out how to use ********** confirmation number the hotel is trashed Dirty carpets are ugly mold in the bathroom.

The hotel overbooked/over sold rooms and had over 20 groups of people waiting in the lobby to be checked in. We waited over two hours to get checked in when we were finally able to enter our room. There was a lack of information and communication.

We had stayed here previously. Parking was waived. Were told at beginning of this stay there was a charge. Friends that we were with did not have to pay. I questioned this and was given story that their rate included parking, was told couple that rode with us their rate included parking too. They would not change my bill. Drain in sink was plugged, only ice was on 4th floor, we were in second. Also bar had no whisky!
