Ужас , Посуда грязная ,Кровати ломались 2 раза . Здесь есть 1 плюс, бар хороший и бармены приветливые, еда не вкусная , при заезде светильник над кроватью был уже сломан , бассейн грязный и был мусор в нем , в писке, его не чистили совсем ,постельное меняли за 11 дней 1 раз , полотенце меняли раз 2/3 дня, шторки в ванной нет, поэтому пол был постоянно мокрый , слив плохо работал поэтому запах канализации присутствует

УЖАСНО!!!! НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!!!! 916169139 Посещали данный отель в середине августа месяца, впечатления максимально ужасающие, не рекомендую никому! В первую же ночь сами владельцы отеля 10 человек выгоняли прямо на улицу, из-за того что мы попросили дополнительно одело для ребенка, простую воду с собой в номер и подойти к кому-нибудь к бару (это при оплаченной полностью путевке). Это хорошо мы были своим транспортом и с легкостью могли изменить отель, а если бы люди приехали бы автобусом??? Страшно и думать. Слава Богу, у нас были знакомые, проживающие в Болгарии, которые защищали наши интересы. На рецепшине Вас встретят максимально не компетентные и невежливые работники. Номера не убраны, кровати максимально не комфортны, холодильник не работает. За 7 дней паркинга, мы оплатили 150 евро (за две машины) – что в большинстве отелей бесплатно, когда переспросили где именно находятся машины, менеджер отеля сказал – ищите мальчика, который их ставил. Единственный плюс, это большой выбор пищи, и довольно вкусный, но как нам сказали украинцы, работающие в данной гостинице – это только потому, что они хотят получить еще одну звезду!!!! Для того чтобы иметь еще одну звезду -начали бы лучше с персонала и обслуживания - ведь рецепшин это первое из мы встречаем при входе в отель!!!! НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!!!!!!!!

Отдыхали семьёй в августе. Номера большие, даже огромные. Мебель деревянная, старенькая, но в хорошем состоянии. Диван-кровать в ливинге не очень удобная. Персонал отеля приветлив и доброжелателен. Уборку делали по запросу, мусора выкидывали каждый день. Постель меняли раз в три дня. Отель небольшой, все расположенно компактно и удобно, тихо, не шумно. Близко к центру курорта. Еда прекрасная, выбор огромный и на любой вкус. Единственный минус который хотели бы отметить в номере было очень много комаров.

I recently stayed at the Mercury Hotel in Sunny Beach, Bulgaria, in July 2024, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Despite the beautiful location, the service and hospitality at the hotel were severely lacking. Upon arrival, the first thing we noticed was the rudeness of the staff. They seemed to take every opportunity to yell at us and enforce arbitrary, unwritten rules. This behavior felt discriminatory and made our stay uncomfortable. The majority of the staff, except for one employee at the reception and another at the snack bar by the pool, treated us terribly. These two employees were the only ones who were friendly and could speak English at a conversational level. The rest of the staff displayed an alarming lack of professionalism and courtesy. Their inability to communicate effectively in English further compounded the issues, making it difficult to address our concerns or get any assistance. It was disheartening to be treated so poorly, and it marred our overall experience at the hotel. Additionally, the food at Mercury Hotel was a significant letdown. Meals appeared to be repurposed from previous days' leftovers, lacking freshness and quality. This approach to food service was not only unappetizing but also unsanitary. While the hotel's location in Sunny Beach is fantastic, the subpar service and poor treatment by the staff overshadowed what could have been an enjoyable vacation. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and works towards improving their service and hospitality. Until then, I cannot recommend the Mercury Hotel to other travelers.

The worse holiday we ever had. Every single day we had to deal with super rude staff who was shouting at customers all the time. Every day there were new rules invented and when we tried to speak with the manager she kept on protecting staff. The guy at the swimming pool was shouting at us and throwing our sun beds around. When we talked to the manager about it the manager did not even apologise or asked the guy to apologise and the moment we mentioned about giving bad reviews she said that the property manager will not be happy with that and left without even resolving the problem. Food is terrible and staff super rude. From entire personnel only the girl from the swimming pool bar and the girl on the reception were nice to us. The rest were rasist telling us to go back to our country. I do not recommend at all.

We stayed in this hotel for a week. On the third day of rest, the bed linen was changed, but the towels were not changed. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom so all the water ended up on the floor. There was nothing to clean; the cleaning lady did not clean either the bathroom or the balcony, which was constantly dirty by the birds. The furniture is old and already broken. There is no Internet, or rather there is, but it is very very weak and impossible to use. The first two days there was delicious, varied food, but then it was as if the chef had changed and problems began with the food. The hotel administrator received the nickname "Cerberus", she always stood at the exit from the restaurant and checked that no one took away food (a peach, a piece of watermelon), and always forced them to leave it in the restaurant. The staff is not very polite, rather rude. The pool area is dirty, you can stay in the pool for up to 18 hours, then they kick you out. The animators were just for show and had no intention of working with children. They were most often found in a bar, chatting with the bartender. The children fished for at most one hour a day. They danced the same dance to the same music or played cards or colored books. Our child was given a piece of tile that had fallen off from the pool as a souvenir! I didn't like the hotel and the conditions at all. I don’t recommend it, especially now, when most of the hotel is filled with not very well-mannered Ukrainians.

Really poor this hotel. I traveled with my family for a holiday. Terrible , the pool isn't what I expected. The pool for child is like 90cm its really fine for a young child. But, the big pool, is 180cm depth. The water is really cold . The staff just speak bulgary and a little of english . The drinks are really ok. The food is really poor. At breakfast we have pancakes ,eggs, hot dogs cereals, tea, milk, coffee, bad butter, sweet bread, normal bread. For lunch, we have same drinks , fish, rice, a poor soup just with vegetables dessert they got a tons of sweet like cake but it's really sweet. Fruits, they got green melon, but it's called just melon. Isn't sweet. At dinner, we got same drink, smashed potato's, same dessert and fruits , soup . Also, a minus is you dont have water 😂. At bar you don't have water , at the restaurant you dont have. Let's talk about the interior. The ground floor is really ok, you got a large sofa, a TV and an A/C. About the elevator it's really poor. The interior overhung with plastic??? You dont have air in the elevator. About the camera, it's really bad. The bathroom it's big but is disgusting. Spiderman on the toilet you dont got any soap ... About the towels we got a dirty towel ... The bed is small for 2 persons. The sofa is a bed . The TV is ok if you want to watch . The A/C is a Mitsubishi. If you put on 16°C in like 3 minutes the room it will be a refrigerator. About the exterior you got 3 same ATM, an non-stop shop, if you are a Romanian guy, that guy knows Romanian . After review , for me, I will give a 2 stars. Peace from Romania.

Mostly average experience. Food was ok, but mainly the same every day. Staff was overall nice. But our last morning was horrible. Receptionist took our key and gate card, cut off our wristband and was overall very rude. That meant for us to just sit there over 8 hours to wait (no food or water) for the transfer to airport. We were informed that, we can be on hotel territory and leave our luggages to the luggage room. After that event, I felt like hostage and we could not leave and cone back to hotel territory by our own. We also saw cockroach in our room and many things that should be repaired. Loose tiles near swimming pool, broken chairs in restaurant. Definitely not 4 star hotel.

Pros. Bar staff very friendly even allowed us to play some English music on windows98. The snack shack woman was lovely and made 9/10 food every day. Cons. Rooms out dated like badly shower needs a curtain to stop a flood from happening. This may be a Bulgarian thing maybe. Food was awful just meat meal. Meat soup. Not much variation for lunch or dinner at all. Pool side is not maintained at all loose tiles loose stairs loose rail loose slide that I seen a child fall from. “Life guard” was never about. Entertainment staff seemed friendly but we was hardly approached to play any games when they was about which seemed like they was hardly there. The other guests are unbelievably rude that’s not the hotels fault I know but wow oh wow no Thankyou or please when getting drinks. Once again may be a cultural thing I don’t know. Just modernise your hotel and smile.
