添萬利飯店(TIA Maria)

Hotel wybrałam ze względu na cenę ponieważ jechaliśmy liczna rodziną. Po przeczytaniu opinii trochę miałam obawy co zastaniemy na miejscu. Okazało się że byłam mile zaskoczona. Dostaliśmy duży przestronny czysty pokój. Codziennie był sprzątany. Nigdy nie brakowało ciepłej wody, naczynia w stołówce były czyste...mieliśmy wykupione tam tylko śniadania i owszem jedzenie codziennie to samo, szału nie było ale i tak nikt nie wychodził głodny. Na pewno nie wybrałabym w tym hotelu opcji all inclusive ale jako bazę wypadową nad morze gorąco polecam!

Мой сын с семьей с маленькими детками выбрали горящую путевку в этот отель,ждут не дождутся,когда вернутся домой.Вокруг отеля питание очень дорогое.На улице душно,высокая влажность,пасмурно, а в номере кондиционер сломался и не особо быстро хотят его ремонтировать.Надеюсь,что дети вернутся домой с позитивом.В отеле не особо внимательно относятся к гостям.Они впервые в Болгарии,такого мы не ожидали. Море далеко,купаются только в бассейне,для детей,видно,ничего не предусмотрено.Отпуск испорчен,деньги выброшены.

Ужасный отель , обслуживание 0 , в номере сломанный кондиционер , питание ужас , еда самая дешевая и не вкусная , от моря очень далеко , дороги разбитые , клиентам хамят , не советуем этот отель ! Wi-Fi работает ужасно ! Единственный + это бассейн

After a flight cancellation we were put up at this hotel by TUI, definitely wouldn't choose it. It seems as though they had actually shut for the season and opened it back up just for us 300 odd passengers looking for somewhere to stay. With 1 person on reception it took around 4/5 hours for everyone to be checked in which wasn't a great start. The hotel is very very basic and most of the rooms had problems with the electrics. Our room was one of the better ones I think but still not great. Dirty bedsheets, lumpy pillows with marks on, smears on the walls, a bathroom that smelt like urine and half a roll of toilet paper provided! The air con didn't work either so we had to sleep with the balcony door open all night which was fine as we were on the 6th floor. The barrier on the balcony didn't seem that sturdy either which was a bit alarming being so high up! I don't know if it would be better in high season when it was open properly but there were no pool facilities open, no drinks or food on site and the hotel in general was very run down and a bit of a state. Maybe do the job for a first lads holiday but gave Inbetweeners Movie vibes and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

We had out flight cancelled and 267 passengers took to this disgusting filthy hotel we had to queue for hours from 00.00hrs till 4.00 am to be greated by one very rude male on reception who was drinking on the job. After we was given out first room what was on floor six door already open no lock on door smelf bad of sewage all the furniture was Broke and no air con it was baking in there so we go back down and the very rude man gave us a room on ground floor what was even worse than the first poo all over mattress no sheets on the bed holes in the walls and ants and bugs all over the floor hair all the floor was pure disgusting. When we up to the rude receptionist he made us wait till 6.30am till he gave us something else. With him blackmailing us to sign a form saying we Had no complaints and hotel was ok not a chance was we signing it then we was threatened with the police and then to be told he didn't like English people that why he made us suffer with no room siting in reception till 6.30am. Breakfast was disgusting all fire exits locked up overall the worst experience in a hotel I've ever had!!!!! I would not of left animals in there net alone human beings!!! Abseloutly vile place!!!!

After a flight cancellation we were told we would be put up in a hotel for the night. For 1 hotel to take 276 passengers in says alot only 1 member of staff to book us all in which did take approximately 5 hrs 0000 to 0500. Once you had your room it was pot luck if it was clean, had electric, had running water or even toilet rolls which you had to ask for. This hotel should never be used or visited by anybody and the airport shouldn't use it for cancelled flights.

Everything falling apart, electricity from key fob fell apart, scruffy rooms, rude staff, don't recognise English speaking, balcony dangerous, AVOID BIG STYLE, food atrocious, feels like you eating in a dungeon

To make it clear we did not choose to stay here. Cutting a long story short our flight was delayed and 400 passengers had to be shipped into this hotel for a night. We were queuing for 3 hours to be checked in as only one person was on the desk and they did not allow our tui reps to help nor did they call any other staff for assistance. The area itself is rough, people were coming out of their apar**ents and taking photos and videos of us. Lots of strange people walking around at what was between 1 and 3:30am. The hotel itself is giving Carry on Abroad vibes. Upon check in we received a roll of toilet paper as they’d had that many complaints of rooms being without that we had to take one just in case. The ladies who were in front of us were coming straight back down as the sheets in their room had blood on. One family were told that their travel cot was being built. For those who have used such contraptions you’ll know it’s a two second job. When we got to the room we were glad of having a bed. The ‘bed’ is more like a wafer. I would think the floor would be comfier but you would probably walk away with a disease from it. Luckily we had two extra beds in the room that were quite comfy. However only one had sheets on so we had to steal the sheets from the other bed. We had to be quite selective with the sheets are there were also some suspicious stains that could also be found on the towels. The walls are covered with more marks than a squash court and there are lots of hand prints too. The bathroom seems ok. The balcony is strange as you can clearly peer around to your neighbours and I wouldn’t think it be too difficult to actually get onto a neighbouring balcony. Unfortunately the air con was not working either but in fact blowing hot air. We even checked the manual that it was not down to user error but again it just didn’t work. We decided to sit with the door open for a while but due to the balcony design we could not sleep with this open. The view from our room is over looking a grassy wasteland complete with discarded items including a series of bin bags. No review on the food as we’re not going to chance it after seeing other reviews. All in all disgusting! Probably alright if you’re coming for a drunken holiday.

The hotel is very bad. Starting with cleanliness. The rooms are messy, the sheets are stained, the carpet is full of hair. The shower is poor, everything runs sideways. The worst thing is the non-functioning air conditioner. Physically, it works, but does not ventilate anything. I had to sleep with the door open at a temperature of 30 C. The working staff is uneducated, the working girls are incompetent, there is a strong lack of knowledge on how to serve customers. We had breakfast included. We were only once in them, because the mozzarella cheese was with beetles, and the milk for dry breakfast was sour. Would not recommend to anyone and never!
