Hotel Residence Dune - Free Beach Access

A great hotel stayed each time we holiday in Sunny Beach. However last year it was decided to put Lobsters in dining area, the Lobsters have there claws tied, left in cramped conditions unable to feed and left in daylight. It has been proved that these creatures feel pain and fear. I asked to speak to the manageress on several occasions but she was always unavailable. I was then asked to put my concerns in writing which I have one on three occasions. To date all three e mails have been ignored.

Whilst the food was decent, the welcome was anything but! Despite booking in advance and providing evidence, they denied it. They caved in eventually, but advised us not to “physically touch other diners”. Previous experiences have been decent. Must be under new management or a recently adopted (unwritten) policy to only attract a certain type of clientele. Kotcha Jevu, mayada.

I spent 20 nights in this fantastic hotel and loved every moment , the staff are fantastic and are so friendly and helpful , the staff spoke great English . The rooms are modern and fully equipped, the internet worked perfect and was fast , i had a sea view room with the most fantastic view house keeping was excellent . The restaurant is fantastic its fine dinning with a varied and interesting menu , the wine list is very good too try the Bulgarian wine its really very good . the restaurant staff and bar staff are highly trained and so friendly .

We stayed 5 days in Hotel Dune, Georgi pekin waiter was super kind and helpful, he went out of his way to male us feel comfortable and served. We appreciate and highly recommend this amazing place. Great food and clean rooms, good service and great cocktails.
