Hello Sri Malaysia Sungai Petani, Don't get me wrong. The customer service was pretty okay. The staff are pretty friendly.It's just that, during our stay, unfortunately there was an issue with the water supply. Moreover , the water quality was so bad, that the colour was brown, especially when you're turning on the tap on your first day of staying. We complained but it seems like there's nothing more that they could do. So, we just have to adhere to it. Other than that, with regard to the affordable price, everything was great. It is also located in front of the KTM station, which makes everyone easier for anyone to commute to other places using either ETS/Commuter/Train. Plus, I love all the cats at the hotel. Dear Hotel staff, please take good care of the cats, I believe this could be one of the new attractions for the hotel. Thanks everyone 🙏😊

我住了一晚。從第一次入住到最後一次退房，都感覺很舒服。我接觸過的酒店工作人員非常友好。位置很棒，就在火車站對面。我強烈推薦住在這家酒店。

游泳池是一個騙局。聲稱酒店內設有游泳池的廣告已不再有效。由於某種原因，游泳可能會出售給其他人並私人經營。即使酒店後面有一個連接樓梯，您也需要在酒店周圍步行才能到達私人游泳池。對於那些乘坐 Komuter 旅行的人來說，位置絕對是一個巨大的勝利。一般來說，工作人員都很友善而且樂於助人。房間很好，但是床底下、窗簾下、抽屜裡，你可以發現灰塵和蜥蜴****。

位置不錯.. 停車位不錯.. 就在 KTM 站前面.. 後面區域有一個小型水上主題公園。 房間雖小但很舊.. 共用公共熨斗..

Nice hotel with awesome pool and friendly staff. Stay here 1 night. Location strategic in front of KTM Station. Parking space convenient. Food is good. Definitely will stay here again.

Hotel ok. biasa la hotel lama. jangan expect macam hotel baru. tekanan air untuk shower slow.

只是一般的好酒店之一👍👍👍。酒店位於 KTM 車站前。相當繁忙的地區。住在那裡時唯一的問題是浴室對於馬來西亞斯里來說相當小。也許這只是我的房間🤷🏻‍♂️。有早餐，但是入住時要在酒店預訂。正如我所說，每人只需 RM15。

Strategy place

The hotel is beside KTM. Huge parking lot. But the environment is quite scary. Not to much customer. The buffet food for breakfast also very simple. Got bubur, mee curry, cereal.. Nasi goreng and hot dogs. No gym or swimming pool. The staff is very friendly. It have separate aircond so the air we inhale is quite safe from covid or influenza i can say. The hotel is open space style so very much fresh air. Cheap price for limited facility. Suitable for work trip.

第一次去酒店，wifi連不上。。路由器離房間很遠。。有很多嗎。。連一個也連不上。。酒店沒有游泳池游泳池，酒店旁邊只有一家私人酒店。收費從RM10到RM5。詢問價格比網上預訂便宜rm20。電視只有5個rtm廣播。。
