Poor customer service due to under staffing, average at best food, carpark is too small and too tight for most modern cars causing damage on entry or exit and the hotel in general is shabby. The roof garden is an eyesore.
I stayed here for a business trip and found the staff accommodating and reasonable food in the restaurant, On site parking made a difference too. An issue with me at chain hotels is awful food at high prices with poor service because staff simply don't care. This was not the case here and I was pleasantly surprised. My recent stay at a Travelodge at the NEC was appalling in comparison so well done Premier Inn.
