I check in through the Hilton app and i never received the digital access card,i have to check in again at front desk. I ask to use the bathroom and was disgusting,they have a welcome tablet with hot cocoa but hot water was removed by staff she ask,he said was no more hot water we also asked for extra set of sheets for the sofa cama because they don't have in our room,Saturday afternoon we ask for extra towels they said is going to be wild because there was not staff available, but breakfast and the 2 ladies working was great.
