Service was very good as was the breakfast

You dont get what you pay for I booked the King suite with water view and fireplace. The view and balcony were nice. The mirrored closet doors were broken and the fireplace is also broken and inoperable. We asked for a discount because that was the reason we booked the room. They denied that request and said that it says that on the website (which it does not). Considering the features of the room aren't truly there, they should be discounting this room.

Don't stay here until they fix the problems Hotel looks like a remodel was halted in the middle of work! First room had a broken fireplace and exposed wires. Second room had broken tile on baseboard tile, no waste baskets near sinks, wall outlets covered by furniture or mirrors, non working desk lamp and tv due to electrical outlet was falling out of the wall, very high ceilings so takes a long time to warm up the room, coffee inserts don't fit the coffee pot, bathroom door would not close tightly, glass plate in microwave doesn't fit that model, and much more. No manager available when we stayed there and were told the manager would call us when we got home. Never called us at all. On the plus side - it is in a nice location!

Ive stayed here mutiple time and this was by far the worst. There was ants in the bathroom and on the bedside table, white stains on both the room and desk chair and it smelled. Thank god I bring my own lysol. People lingering around the property at all hours of the night and people fighting outside your window at 5am and I was on the 3rd floor and this went on for 2 nights. Very ghetto feel and worst stay I ever had here for sure. Highly do not recommend this place anymore.

Home away from home. It was short but affordable, and the amenities were up to par. I would stay here again. The feel here was homey and comfortable.

Mediocre Hotel room was clean. The toilet was broken. Soap dispenser in tub was full but pump was broken
