shower head broken, not hot water, not pressure in the shower, bathroom is very small, not hangers, tv not working they moved to 3 different rooms please fix all this before you rent this rooms. stay away from this hotel

Honestly for the rate, I was expecting more. First of all at check in I wasn't recognized being a diamond member, and front desk seemed like they didn't want to be there. Second i was in the fourth floor and the people next to me were super loud didn't get no sleep at all. The wifi sucks too. Overall 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 0 stars If I Could

This hotel states to be "renovated" but its all sh*t. Elevator sucks, breakfast sucks, room is small and for the rate its not worth it. If you want ants all over your bed and roaches then go ahead. Spend the extra few bucks to stay at a nicer hotel like Marriott.

We stay at this hotel , for a family reunion but the Breakfast was not too good and the Elevator is very slow. the good things rooms are clean and nice very quiet hotel the manager is very attentive and make us Feel welcomed.

Excellent place to stay with my family, very good attention and hotel condition. When I arrived, I asked for a specific floor (at the top) and it was provided with no issues. I had the opportunity to enjoy world cup final game on hotel reception and front desk person adjusted TV to change channel. Excellent experience for my family and me on BW,

El hotel me gusto mucho la habitación estaba limpia y el trato del personal es muy amable y atento están para ayudarte realmente hacen muy bien su trabajo. Recomiendo hospedarse aquí muy cómodo y confortable.
