斯圖加特設有 Spa 的飯店

1400一晚上的房間，除了床被子洗澡水毛巾廁紙抽紙，連瓶水就沒有，服務也太差了點。性價比特低。 早餐勉強過得去，煎蛋和雞蛋卷要跟服務員説，現做，也可以坐外面花園裡。 離火車站不遠，但也得走一陣子。火車站周圍在大修，不好走。 斯圖加特不大，公共交通也方便

斯圖加特市的酒店，在火車站附近，距離斯圖加特中心廣場位置大約1.7KM.租車性價比非常合適，但是如果沒有車，晚上要逛街就稍顯不便了。 酒店整體位置還不錯，有餐廳酒吧，1000米遠有越南米粉店，味道好極了。 酒店設計的很漂亮，外觀是德國古樸的樣式，大堂設計了中間迴廊進入二層房間，很漂亮。 房間是20平，在我的行程中房間不算大，夠用。 早餐很不錯整體效滿意，外國人很多，下次願意再回來的酒店。

服務ok，早餐豐富。但是客房要下電梯，再經過一條很長的通道，再上電梯，有行李很麻煩。加上客房是狹長型的，從前台到房間要走很多的路。 好了，重點來了，不知道其他住客是怎麼樣的，反正我也確實分配到了評論裏的墓地景觀房，拉開窗簾給我嚇得一激靈。

when we arrived, hardly any reception staff on duty. When we saw our room, we were shocked, it was small and gloomy with a display case (bizarrely) showing snacks! The light to the display case is joined to the room lighting so can be switched off separately. Reception advised nothing could be done, so we said we would leave and I contacted a hotel we had stayed at the start of our holiday, the stay in the Steigenberger was our last night in Germany. Reception then said we could be upgraded, by this time it was late and very heavy rain. The upgrade room seemed OK but when we used the TV, it kept switching itself off! Breakfast was abysmal, a dreary pub overlooking the entrance to an underpass. Initially, we didn't know where the food was and no staff around to direct us. When we found the food, it had clearly been sitting out for some time, there was a huge quantity of food considering only one person was there when we arrived and only 2 others came as we were leaving. We stayed in this hotel some years ago when the breakfast room was upstairs and there were lots of guests and staff who were interested in providing good service. It was disapoointing to see how lacklustre the hotel has become and difficult understand how it has kept its star rating, the hotel is not to the usual Steigenberger standard.

The staff at this hotel are amazing! You can tell they genuinely love their jobs and are just meant to be in hospitality. Two extraordinary individuals stuck out to my family and I - Sarina merz - front desk and Sophia Armandine - host. Thank you for the excellent Germany experience and warm hospitality daily. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Wonderful modern hotel, well located in the city center, with friendly and helpful staff. One block to the S Bahn. Thoroughly enjoyed this delightful hotel. Light filled tall ceilings, plenty of operating doors to small Juliet balconies, comfy beds, small refrigerator, espresso maker, great shower, and hip design. Nice breakfast in the morning in the hotel. Try for one of rooms on the corner, with walls of windows. We loved it.

My daughter is based in the Army in Stuttgart, so I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. I have to say that except for one young woman, the Reception staff was the most inhospitable that I have ever encountered. It started with my arrival. I had a confirmed reservation, had checked in on line, and had informed the hotel that I would be arriving late. When I arrived, the reception clerk spent 10 minutes working on the computer and mumbling something before finally informing me that they had no room for me. They did offer to send me to another hotel and then I could either move back to the Pullman or stay at the other hotel. Of course, I had no idea how close this hotel was or any other information. I insisted that there must be a room there -- and they finally said that there was a suite available for one night and that I would have to move the following morning (which I did). Through all of this, there were no apologies for the inconvenience nor any offered compensation for the inconvenience of having to change rooms. They acted like I was being unreasonable for insisting on a room. During my stay, if I needed anything from the front desk, I frequently had to wait while they finished not one -- but several tasks and took a new phone call while I waited. Not once did I see a smile on anyone's face. I was not alone in receiving this treatment -- and noticed that other customers were treated equally as rudely. The room was comfortable, although the carpet always looked dirty. The housecleaning was undependable -- some days they came and some days they did not. I have stayed in other Pullman hotels, and this one did not meet the standards of the chain for cleanliness, and custome service.

We really enjoy our stay at Hotel Azenberg. The location was perfect for us as we could walk to the city center (15-20mn walk). And the staff was great, always there when needed. They even went the extra miles and called a museum where we forgot some of our belongings and made sure we could collect them back although it was a bank holiday.

接待人員很好。在登記入住前一天左右與“廚師”交談 - 提出要求並得到了一間朝前的較低樓層的房間。辦理入住手續時，房間位於第三層，沒有沙發（沙發應該在的地方），也沒有椅子。返回接待處；給一個 5 樓的房間，結果一樣；回到接待處。給定一個六樓的房間，應該在沙發的地方至少有一把椅子 - 我會留在這裡，但迷你冰箱和恆溫器都不起作用。浴室水壓很低，沒有調味料；很好，我總是帶自己的。順便說一句，從 6 樓的電梯出來：走廊的燈滅了，因為我總是檢查樓梯，所以也很黑，告訴接待處，打電話給維修人員解決了問題。
